Had my Black Braided Necklace with Lobster Claw Buckle for around a month now and it has already broken. Would no reccomended this company, seems cheaply made.

They got my order wrong , but their service is top . They sent correct item even though i was happy to accept the other item . I will be buying more

Great customer service. I have bought 2 items from norsegarde - a braclet for my brother which he loved, and very expensive odins hammer for my partner. Delivery issues with the hammer! - the carrier, not norsegarde. DPD left it at pick up point and did not notify me abd it disapeared into the ether. Norsegarde Customer services were brilliant - they replied to my query emails very promptly, and sorted the problem out. Eventually providing a replacement sent by another carrier. Partner got xmas present a but late but was very impressed with his hammer which will sit in pride of place in his workshop Well done all at norsegarde and thank you

Thank you for the attentive care at Norsegarde! Bought a ring with an engraving, and I have an unusual nickname that everyone mistakes for a spelling error. Norsegarde was attentive enough to contact me and ask if the engraving was correct. While it wasn't necessary their attentive service was much appreciated!

Great gift for my son. Really appreciate the sturdy steel the ring I bought is with. Its design is wonderful and very detailed. My son always opens his beer bottles with his rings, and they often bend or break. So far the ring is holding up well no bends or scratches. Hope it survives until the end of year fingers crossed

I ordered a bracelet, but after looking at the reviews on this site, I looked on a well-known Chinese wholesale site I saw the exact same bracelet for a FIFTH of the price. I immediately canceled my order, and due to the quick service and refund, I give two stars.

Posing as a high quality company they just dropship their items from China. The wooden box they send it in is the cheapest possible. Also having my doubts about the actual “sterling silver” amount of the item….

Not a problem if they would say so on the website. As I can’t be bothered by sending it back and going through the hassle I won’t return what I bought, but surely will never buy there again!!!

Ordered 2rings - definitely from China ( tracked ) and quality is ok but not worth what I paid. Won’t be back.

Selling 30-50 EUR Items that you can find anywhere with 2 or 3 EUR.
They claim their product are high quality, in fact, quality is so bad, and doesn't follow the product's images displayed on their website.
As they mentioned, they ship it from China, which we all know Chinese products sucks in quality.
Maybe they got me this time, but I will make sure no one falls for this.

Ordered a handmade golden Amulet. Communication: very quick reply on e-mail questions. FedEx shipment was flawless. Ordered on 2nd of September. They say 10 days making process and 10-20 days shipment. Today (20th) the package arrived at my doorstep. Well packaged, beautifully made (!). Extremely happy with it. Would recommend the tailored products wholeheartedly.

My girlfriend got me the Fenrir arming for my 40th birthday. I was really happy with it up until the 14th July when it snapped in half while I was wearing it.
Now their website says it’s hand made but looking at where it broke it looks like it has been cast. When we contacted them about it, they said it was where I had been bending it to take it on and off. I had only taken it off twice in the few months I’ve had it. Despite it having a lifetime guarantee they won’t do anything! To help but given us a discount voucher for another purchase. I can honestly say I will not be shopping there again!!!! If I could give them half a star I think that would be too generous.

Excellent customer service from Norsegarde. I completely messed up a return and sent a product from another company to their returns address in error. They could not have been more helpful and maintained communication throughout. I received my item back from them in good time. Most companies would have washed their hands of it as it was my mistake entirely. I would happily deal with them again and recommend their customer care.

I ordered a bracelet for as a Father's Day gift for my dad. It came as advertised and customer service was very helpful with providing shipping updates. Would reorder from Norsegarde again

Norsegarde are not based in Ukraine. They claim to ship all their items from there, but a pendant that I have ordered has been tracked to China.

I regret ordering from them.

I have ordered jewelry for my son's birthday - it was absolute fake, a cast job that only had one side similar to the picture!

They buy items off alibaba.com and sell them for often more then 10 times the price!

Sad to see this but this seems to be a common practice on most websites who claim to sell "viking jewelry"

Bought a handcrafted ring because the I've read that the business supports Ukraine. The ring is excellent quality, great attention to detail, I am very happy with this purchase. The ring came with a little message on the box that said "Thank you for supporting Ukrainian businesses".

Overall very happy with my experience purchasing from Norsegarde.
