I had an EV charger installed by Sam's team at Norse Electrical and couldn’t be happier with the service.

From the start, Sam was incredibly helpful - he informed me about available government grants and even assisted me with the application process. Despite a busy schedule, he provided an incredibly fast service, with installation completed within a day of placing the order.

Sam's team took the time to assess my property carefully, discuss the best positioning for the charger, and explore different installation options, including routing through the kitchen. I was also given clear choices regarding the consumer unit location, with a full explanation of the pros and cons.

The whole process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great attention to detail. Truly excellent service. Thank you!

Brilliant install very helpful team sent me photos and videos as I was off site. Sams advice was great and even helped me save £350 with a government grant.

Great communication and professional electricians. We needed a EICR report for a house sale and Norse Electrical were able to provide us with the detailed paperwork we needed relatively quickly so we could satisfy our buyer's concerns. We recommend them!

We had an issue with our electrics after having some work done on a previous occasion. I phoned Norse to request help.
Sam was actually in his way home at 17:30 but came out of his way especially to help me out, he didn’t leave until he’d fixed the problem. Really impressed! ( and grateful).

Sam did a marvellous job installing and commissioning my solar battery along with his colleague. He even installed a clamp meter informing the amount of electricity generated by my solar panels.

Sam from Norse Electrical installed an additional plug socket in my garage to use for an electric door and also an outside socket for external lights. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful advising on best solutions and products. The job was done quickly and efficiently with no mess left behind. Norse Electrical are also competitively priced. I would have no hesitation recommending them for a job be it big or small.
