Love that it's not super cold when I get into bed and it doesn't make me sweat at night.
Nice quality. just the bedsheet that comes with it does not fit the mattress. Missing elastic bands.

It took forever to receive my order. After I received it it turned out that the sheets are absolutely wrong size. I ordered 200 x 200 com and got 180 x 220 com. They offered me to keep it for 20% discount. Why would I keep wrong sized bed sheets?? Alternatively I had to send it back to China. Get your process in place!!

I love the texture and the colour, it's my favorite bedding ever. Mine is dark green - it looks a bit different than on the picture, but I like it even better.

Quality is great but it took ages to arrive

After reading the reviews here I cancelled my order within 1 h after ordering. It took me dozen emails with bot answers and the help of PayPal customer service to get my money back. The company has their base in China and return is just possible on your own costs. Don't order there!!!

Unfortunately, I received the wrong color of a bed sheet that didn't match the delivered bedding at all.
So it wasn't my fault, but I still had to send the goods back to China at my own expense.
The sheet was on offer for €39.99...... postage to China????

I had to wait a little longer but that was ok. The quality of the product and even more the price are really good!

Yes, it’s a fake company protected by being based in China, safe from legal claims in Europe. THE EASIEST WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK (if you used a credit card):

Call your bank ASAP and let them guide you through making a claim on your expense. You can give a reason (not received product or not what you paid for etc)., then they will take care of it and if all goes well, a few days later, the money is back on your account. Make sure to mention their company name so it‘s easy for your bank to see that this company has already a reputation, that makes it obvious to them and it should go quicker.

I had my money back after a few business days and I am so grateful for this hint from my lawyer. 🙏🏼

DO NOT BUY AT THIS COMPANY!!! AND FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ALSO BEEN SCAMMED AND ROBBED BY THIS COMPANY BE SURE TO REPORT THEM TO THE ECC (European Consumer Claims).

Not only is this company plainly greenwashing to a level I have not yet seen anywhere else before, but it also lies about the material!! It is clearly stated multiple times that it is made from Eucalyptus Lyocell. Lyocell is a fabric that is soft, breathable and requires very little water and is in fact one of the most sustainable man-made fabrics. But the products I received were all made from 100% polyester!! Not soft, not breathable, not sustainable, not environmentally friendly and most likely full with toxic chemicals. When confronted with the issue they refuse to pay a refund and only offer to refund 50% on top of that ask you to send it back to China at YOUR OWN COST!!!

How this business is allowed is a mystery to me. This is in violation with European law to protect consumers from unfair commercial practices, in violation with the greenwashing legislation put in place by the European Union, and to top it all off, they plainly steal your money! If you have had the same issue, please report them at your national directory! This company needs to be prohibited from doing business in the EU.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! REPORT THIS BUSINESS TO THE EUROPEAN UNION INSTITUTE OF YOUR COUNTRY!
