Ordered in good faith the website states 2-5 working days with would make it to me in time for Christmas as it was a gift, once the order had gone through it added 2-3 more days delivery, I emailed this issue with no response called the number via a Google search and was met with a vet rude man who told me that’s the way it is and there’s nothing he could do about it, when I asked why the website states an incorrect deliver time he became angry and agitated and shouted “do you want me to repeat that” I will never purchase from again please save your money go elsewhere.

My partner purchased an engagement ring costing around €2000 back in October - the size they sent was wrong, and I wasn't able to wear it.
We sent it back for them to adjust the size - only for them to send back another ring, again in the wrong size. This time it was clear that it was a completely different ring, and not diamond (we are going to get this confirmed, along with the legitimacy of the gold), and no hallmark. There is no 'workmanship' on this ring at all - I echo other reviews, it is clear there is no in-house facility and no bespoke adjustments, they are importing low quality stock, hence the inconsistent lead times.
We have asked directly for a refund as of course this is the second time receiving an incorrect ring, and instead this request was firstly confirmed that they would refund, and then several emails later confirmed that no they would instead ensure the correct size is sent 'as a token of goodwill', and also a £200 voucher added to be used on the site, leaving us no choice but to now escalate.
Leaving a review like this is a last resort for me - but it is now almost Christmas and we are still without our ring (over 2 months). This is tainted what should have been an incredibly special moment in our lives, and what has frustrated me the most about this process is the sheer lack of humanity - this would have been bad enough had it been a ring for a few hundred £, but this was €2000. We want a full refund so that we can begin the search for our new ring.
Please do not buy from this company - especially not in the realms of several hundred + - I feel a true lack of humanity in the customer service, they are not safe to deal with.
If we are to receive a refund directly from them I will be sure to update this review, but for now I see sponsored adverts on social media and feel called to share this so that no one else loses out to them.
Not Hallmarked and Poorly Made – Avoid
I ordered the link bracelet as a birthday gift for my girlfriend, knowing she would absolutely love the design. The delivery timeframe was listed as 2–5 business days; however, it actually took approximately 16 days to arrive.
To be fair, when I enquired about expedited dispatch, the company asked for the date I needed it by — and they did ensure it arrived in time. However, because it took the full 16 days, I wasn’t left with any realistic window to return the item and purchase an alternative. Had I been given more time, I would have returned it.
Describing this piece as “solid gold” feels misleading. The links are hollow, and the welds appear poorly finished. I have not yet had the gold independently tested to confirm it is 14k. The item is not hallmarked.
I also purchased the matching faceted bangle, which is similarly hollow in construction.
While I appreciate that gold prices have increased significantly, neither piece reflects the price point — even with the 20% discount applied. The items feel cheaply made despite being presented in attractive packaging. Time will tell how well they hold up, but based on the quality, I would not purchase from this company again.
I was initially offered a replacement due to the poor finishing. However, when I chose to proceed with that option, the offer was withdrawn and I was instead given a £50 refund on a £1,400 order.

Huge price increases, do not recommend
I purchased a custom design from this company, and I was really wasn’t happy with the workmanship. The shape of the earrings did not match- one was extremely wonky. The quality of the Opal used was also terrible.
I’ve since been looking at their in stock items, and I’m shocked at their new prices. Their prices have absolutely sky rocketed. A ring that I had looked at previously that was around £250 is now over £700, within the space of a few months. Just ridiculous, especially considering how little gold there actually is to the ring, and no precious stones. It looks like they are trying to now appear more high end, and ripping off customers.
I certainly won’t be buying from here again. I liked a design on their website that was £750, that a jeweller in Turkey recreated for me for £130. I’m pretty sure they buy their stock from Turkey.
Beautiful ring and lovely service
I brought my wedding band from them and am very happy with the ring (which is beautiful and great value!) and had a really positive customer service experience. Initially the ring was slow to ship, and after emailing them, concerned I wouldn't get it in time, I got a detailed update. I would allow extra time for delivery when ordering in the future (and I'm sure I will!). When it arrived, it was far too big for me (my error measuring my finger). I returned the ring for a smaller size which turned out to still be too big. They allowed me to return the ring again for it to be resized. The whole time I was updated by the customer service team who were always quick to respond and really friendly. Overall I am very happy, and would be confident recommending this company to anyone thinking of buying something.

this experience has been unbelievably frustrating. The quality of the item I received was disappointing, definitely not worth the price. On top of that, their customer service is practically non-existent. Getting any kind of helpful response has been like pulling teeth.
What’s worse is the refund process. They claim to have a 7-day refund policy, but here I am 11 days later with no confirmation and no money back. They’ve been holding onto my money since September 3rd when I made the purchase. I’ve had to escalate the issue to my bank just to try and get it resolved.
Avoid this company — poor quality, poor service, and a nightmare if you ever need a refund
Good quality, product and customer service
I ordered a ring from Norm for my wedding and I’m absolutely in love with it. It came in a beautiful, high quality ring box and the ring itself looks amazing. The one thing I was quite confused about was the delivery time. Once I placed my order, I got a confirmation of the order but after that no status update until I sent them an email after a couple of weeks. Their customer service however is fast, very customer friendly and before I knew it I received my ring at home. So overall very happy with their service and product, but if I’d had to give 1 feedback: keep customers updated via emails so they know exactly what’s happening to their order and when to expect it :).

Be very aware
I had ordered a white gold oval moss agate engagement ring in May 2025, and had asked my fiance to marry me in July, after a week of wearing it the stone had come loose and the band snapped. Thinking it was a one off we had sent it back for a replacement, only for it to happen a second time less than 2 weeks later. I was frustrated that it was the case and had asked for a refund, however they wouldn't as it was too far from the original purchase date (despite only having the replacement for 2 weeks).
They said they could settle on exchanging it for something of equal value, or repairing it again. As my fiancé loves the style, I settled on repairing it - provided that modification could be made (adding two clasps on the sides of the moss agate stones to prevent them coming loose, to which they happily agreed.
Fast forward to today upon receiving the ring, absolutely no modifications have been made at all, and it's evident they have just sent us another replacement.
Another few points:
Customer service is extremely slow, only getting back to a message once every two days at approximately 23:00pm (British time).
Time management is poor, saying it should be no longer than a week for us to receive a repair/replacement, to which we had to wait 3 weeks each time.
The person who answers the phone when called sounds like he couldn't care less.
Remedy for the heart.
I ordered a beautiful bow knot petite ring for my fiance, she loves it! An accident happened to it ultimately compromising it's integrity, however when I told Norm Jewels what happened they're customer service and honor went above and beyond to ready the situation. I sent it in for repair like requested and they ended up just remaking a completely new one! We are so happy we went with this company for our needs in love. For my fiance and me. Thanks again Norm Jewels. Highly recommend and they can be counted on with whatever your looking for.
Exceptional Customer Service
I love all the pieces at Norm Jewels, and had my eye on one of the rings for months. It arrived today and was absolutely worth the wait! The ring fits so well, the colour of the emerald gem is so beautiful and I am so happy with it!
Customer service with Lily is outstanding too! She is very responsive, helpful and client satisfaction is a huge priority. I will absolutely be a returning customer!

Flawless design
Flawless design, came in a lovely box. Usually only buy 22k gold, so the 10k gold is a lot paler than what I would normally wear but this has exceeded expectations. Customer service were very responsive and solved an issue that was entirely my mistake. Already looking at other rings!
Chunks missing
I had to exchange my ring for a bigger size, royal mail tracked it to have arrived back with them and it took them two weeks to finally agree it had been received and they would now prioritise my shipment. I was told it would be sent the end of that week, it was eventually sent the middle of the following week and I can't believe the actual state of what I've received. Chunks of metal missing out of the inside of the band and they are refusing a refund!!! So fed up with this company
