Unfortunately I didn't check any reviews before I ordered. The wallet itself looks okay so far but is absolutely unhandy to use. It is basically just two metal cards with a rubber band. I then wanted to send it back and contacted the customer service both, via their contact form and via mail several times. But did not get any answer back. In the meantime, the return deadline has already passed but I anyway gave up the hope to get back my money. Do definitely not buy any of their items, this **** is not even close worth the money...

Poor quality leather. After 2 weeks of using normal usage, the leather wallet edges started to deteriorate. No response from warranty / customer service either after a number of calls. Their rating on their website is only published with good ratings, I have left a feedback on their website, they did not publish it. This company is out to get people sucked in on their biased ratings to cover up for poor quality and service. Two stars only to reflect on the pricing is about 20%-30% lower than other product/brands.

Very poor quality product compared to what is advertised.
I have emailed 5-6 times and have heard nothing back. I want a refund for this as I do not want to purchase it.

I ordered a wallet and a few more items from them as gifts for my son, and after 5 weeks, I am still waiting for the items. Since I never got anything, I bought other gifts in a different store. The tracking link I got doesn't show any updates since weeks ago. Their customer support only replies once or twice per week and they are offering me to send the same products when I don't need them any longer and don't want to refund my money or to at least let me choose other items. To me this seems to be a scam company.

I bought a ”premium Leather wallet”, and when it arrived after 3 weeks, I thougt it was a joke or a mistake…. I have tried to send it back, thats impossible! I have sent 12 email, none has ben answered. The products are just cheap fakes, dont buy anything from this ”crapcompany”. Give your money to Somme poor fellow on the street instead, that will give you some kind of satisfaktion, Normest won,t!

Company MO slick website trash product and no customer support. No way to return or get refund. Reverse charges with credit card company and they will magically be responsive in dispute

I purchased an Airtag Wallet and an Airtag Keychain this past summer. The wallet is made of cheap leather material and is falling apart. The keychain is cheap as well. The lock arm breaks open frequently, tossing my keys to the ground. These products are expensive and not worth the money. This is a total scam. Do not buy them!!

Ripoff! Cheap goods and they will not honor any returns. You cannot reach anyone either. They are scammers.

Purchased wallet and keychain. Wallet holds very few cards. Same with the keychain. Attempted to return these expensive items and the company does not respond to anything. Absolutely, consider the risks from ordering anything from this company. The cheaply made, over priced items are going to the garbage!

This company claims to offer "Free shipping / hassle free returns"....however there are NO PRACTICAL INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM! No return address provided...and NO RESPONSE when contact form is filled out...There is no address on the website either, and no phone contact. I would NOT do business with this company again.

Rubbish product, didn't last 2 weeks before the plastic that supposed to be leather was cracked. Waste of money.

After one month, I am still waiting. At this point I have given up and have contacted my credit card company. After the package vanished from tracking on 10/28, I contacted Normest. I asked for a refund twice but never received a reply. This site could be a straight up scam so beware.

Absolutely rubbish don’t bother opened it and immediately knew I had been done. Tried Customer service for a refund but no response at all. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t waist you money with this brand company wallets. Very poor quality . Bad customer service. Never respond . Wallet is super cheap and broke really easy. I still waiting for my refund and any respond for the complaint that I put it . Too expensive for no reason. Quick , DONT BUY IT . If I can give it them 0 start I can feel more comfortable, so disappointed!!!

Zero customer service... no one replies. Wallet is not made of leather and has fallen apart in less than a year. This is a rebrand of Nimalist

SCAM/FRAUD - Premium leather wallet is not leather - some sort of cheap synthetic. Colours are not as they appear online. NO WAY TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE OR RETURN PRODUCT. *ended up having to dispute transaction with my credit card company*

They have no returns. Its all a lie on the website. No one is responding to the messages. I have been trying to return this item for 3 weeks and still nothing.

I, too, would rate "0" if there was an option. Obviously a "scam" company. There instructions for "Returns" is purposely incomplete. There is NO option for "Returns". Also my first alleged "leather" wallet tore apart within 30 days of use. Would like to find a way to make this company responsible for their actions.
