I have reached out to them so many times and not once did they return my messages. I wanted to return the wallet soon as i got it in the mail . Looks and feels cheap and not worth the money. They do not respond when returning the item and they said 100% money back but they bull$;/? You and dont reapond back. All i wanted is my money back and didnt want to leave a reveiw but its absolutely bull they cant do what they say they will do. Dont waste your money on there stuff. Tired of people like this, scamming people and not being honest. All they had to do was give me back my money and take there crappy wallet back. Instead they take you hard working money and lie.

Their product advertising is misleading as you could easily think that you are buying a product with AirTag whereas all you get is either a wallet or a key ring that you can put an Airtag in. Very misleading

They don't reply to messages sent by 'Contact Us' . I have written them three times and have yet to hear back from them. I am very frustrated and will pursue this legally.

I ordered several products thinking if I did not like I could exchange or return. Well no way, no answer, no customer service.
I would not buy products from this company and they do not follow customer service promises to support purchases. They cannot be reached and the website on supports new orders not problems or help.

Advised my credit card company to cancel the transaction as they've basically made it impossible to make a return.

I bought a wallet for my husband on Christmas and spent extra for the "Premium Leather" version. Only this was not leather at all and only a few months later the wallet started to fall apart so I decided to inquire about their "Lifetime Warranty" and no one answers ever. So on their ad on Facebook I commented that I am not able to reach anyone after my wallet fell apart after only a few months and still got no response but I am also not allowed to comment anymore on their posts. Super shady business practices and not only that, but I also found upon more research that they have a duplicate site called Nimalist that is EXACTLY the same and selling the same products but had to rename the brand due to all the bad reviews. There are whole articles written about both of these companies warning everyone to stay away. All over social media they have a never-ending 50% off sale to intice customers. Avoid like the plague!

I have ordered and received an Air-Tag wallet in December 22, after a couple of months of usage, the trigger for pushing the cards out simply fell out and was broken in 2 places... The wallet is completely useless and impossible to work with... Contacted Mormest by filling the contact form, since no telephone numbers available. No response; wrote an email still no response. Asked what I need to do, again no response... Their warranty online states lifetime warranty for their products... That seems to be a false statement... since they won't even write back... Spent over 80 Euros and wasted my money and time... Shame on the company that does not even bother to respond to inquiries...

Do not order any products from this site. Product isn’t what it appears, quality wise. The website does not offer a means to return an item, even though it advertises easy returns. They will not respond to contact emails.

I got a wallet and a keychain for my husband. He didnt like the wallet so I wanted to return - when you follow their steps, a return procedure does not exist. I emailed them 3 times to no reply. I even wrote on their Instagram page - no response. I have never had such an experience!

The materials these products are made out of are beyond cheap, not even close to being worth the price. I took a chance on the brand because they claimed to accept returns but if you look closely, it says you’re supposed to be able to make returns by starting an account and going to your order. There is literally no way to process a return. And when you email them or go through their contact form they don’t respond. BUYER BEWARE. Terrible product. I wish there were more companies making good AirTag wallets. I also realized after the fact that their IG has comments shut off, probably to hide the bad reviews. This is dishonest and I’m going to report them everywhere.

Do not order from this company! they say they have delivered your product, but it could take an additional 8 days to get it. I have still never received the wallet I ordered.

I ordered a brown wallet and two brown key holders. They sent me two black key holders instead. The company's 1- 800 number or chat option is non- existent. I emailed the company two months ago hoping to exchange the black key holders for the brown Nobody has ever replied. It’s so strange, I don’t get it. The actual product is good quality but I’m not certain there is a human being behind it. It's frustrating to pay good money for something you didn’t want.

This company is a total hoax don’t order anything from this fraudulent fake company. Customer service is non existent been emailing them since that seems to be the only way to contact them and it’s been weeks now according to their website I can’t return this crap wallet! So I’m out my money!!
