Great and immediate service! Alyssa treated me at the front of the store, politely offered to help and I accepted! Understood my budget and sizing insecurities! Couldn’t have helped for a better experience!

I came into the store just to browse, and ended up trying on a few dresses for an up coming wedding. Great selection of dresses and sizes, and the staff were very helpful and supportive.

I’ve just ordered a dress through Norma Reed at the Newmarket location and Melanie has jumped through hoops to make this a painless and even pleasurable experience. She really bent over backwards to make me happy. Give this woman a raise.

We travelled from Scarborough to Oshawa just to check out this store and it did not disappoint! We are a week away from my daughter’s graduation and felt the stress and pressure to find the perfect dress. We found a variety of amazing styles, colours and most importantly, sizes. The salesperson was extremely helpful in finding the right size, helped us choose the right dress and gave us advice on what to wear with the dress to help make it the most flattering on my daughter. Next time, this will be our first stop! Highly recommended!

I just bought my prom dress at Norma reed Oshawa, and the service as well as the options were great. I was able to take my time while trying on my dresses, not feeling rushed at all. Options wise, prom is only 2 weeks away yet I was able to find a decent amount of options, especially compared to all the other dresses in the store.
