Sevice beyond all bounds
Shani and her crew have been cutting our grass for at least 10 years, and since COVID she has offered concierge services and we trust her enough to let her have the house keys to inspect the inside of the house.
We cannot speak too highly of her services. It goes way beyond the basic requirements of the job. she has kept us up to date with anything that might affect our property. When a neighbour died we knew in enough time to sent appropriate flowers, even though we could not get across for the funeral.
However our relationhsip has ended because we have sold our house, After 33 years, age and infirmity have caught up with us. One of the things we will really miss is our relationship with Shani and her crew of grass cutters and our conversations with them. You could not get a better team working for you.
