I contacted Norfolk Marine for technical advice on updating the software for my Humminbird HELIX 9. As an authorized retailer, their knowledge was second to none. Within an hour of my email, they called me back with the exact solution I needed. Problem solved and software updated—fantastic, efficient service. Highly recommend for any Broads anglers needing expert help!

My husband has been dealing with these people, They are so arrogant it is difficult to believe. Having been sent faulty goods they started off by dispensing fatuous advice and descended to being rude, He has already declared a dispute at the bank and is drawing up a county court action to get his money back

We were helped by Richard with a variety of issues concerning our elderly wooden boat and are very grateful for his good advice. It's great to know such knowledge is available and freely given.

Having just purchased over £110 worth of goods 15 minutes before closing I politely asked if they could change a £5 note for some coins for the parking meter. Was told bluntly they had no change. If we had not already purchased the items, we would have left them and walked out. We are local residents and regular customers of Norfolk marine, having spent many hundreds of pounds with them over the years. They clearly don't have any respect for any of their customers. We will not be shopping there again.

I contacted Norfolk Marine having failed to find a wetsuit jacket available in my size on various other websites. I spoke to Peter who was very helpful and offered to post the wetsuit jacket outside of the UK. The jacket arrived very quickly and I am thrilled. Thanks again Norfolk Marine- one very happy customer 🙏😊

All The staff at mine off at Marine are incredibly helpful in supplying what you need for your boating or sailing experience, particularly Richard Parker who he is prepared to go the extra mile to help his customers.

Good company, got stuck needing fenders for the boat in a hurry as I had to move marinas, called them, they got them ready within the hour, collected and paid by card. Hassle free, great service.

I have just had my Nova Craft Bob’s Special canoe delivered which was purchased from Norfolk Marine, I am really happy with my purchase, the service that I received was amazing, Norfolk Marine really went out of their way to get my canoe to me.
The delivery driver was also great and gave me a hand to get the canoe through to the rear garden, even though the weather was miserable he couldn’t have been more helpful.
