I ordered a football shirt for my dad’s funeral and when it seemed delayed, I messaged them and although it was arriving a little later than I’d hoped, when I explained I needed it to get it printed at a local printers within a deadline for the funeral, they offered to do the printing free of charge and expedited the package so it arrived in time. I really did appreciate it!
