Why I wouldn't Use...
Contact was made when driving in overtaking lane, one of their coaches at the last minute indicates and pulls out causing us to slam on breaks. Realising that by having to break so hard we were about to be rear-ended, we moved into the slow lane waiting to be allowed back into original lane.
* We called whilst in car & gave number plate so driver could be spoken to. He saw his lane was about to close so jumped to ours, sadly on here I'm limited to show how clear our lane was & how last minute his maneuvering was. We also sent footage later.
* Telephoned the next day expecting an apology & a promise of Driver will drive with more due care & attention.
* The response was driver had not been spoken to. We had broken law by undertaking the coach in a bid to jump a traffic jam!!!
See for yourselves...Any Company unable to take responsibility when your lives are in their hands isn't one I would use.
