Unprofessional and extremely disappointing — refund still outstanding
I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company.
I made a reservation with them and, unfortunately, was asked to transfer the full payment to a personal Revolut account rather than an official company bank account. I also ended up overpaying at the time.
The reservation was subsequently cancelled in March 2026, and despite the cancellation, I am still waiting for my refund.
For the past five months, I have repeatedly tried to contact the owner regarding my money. Instead of resolving the issue, I have received repeated promises that the refund would be made, but nothing has happened. My calls have also been ignored or avoided.
At this point, I am extremely frustrated by the lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. I simply want my money returned.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before making any payment to this company
