I order a physiotherapy gloves of cost Rs 900, for paralysis patient. But Nordwick delivered a toy helicopter of approx cost Rs 10. Now it is being used by a child for playing. I hope the gloves are being used or will be used by Nordwick management.

Fake. Scam
Be alert guys.
They send plastic toy or 10rupee and collecting huge amount.
This website is a scam. Stay away from it. I got an ad for it on Instagram, and against my better judgement, I placed an order for a premium fidget toy collection, lulled into a false sense of security by the cash-on-delivery option. Surprise, surprise: what I received was a cheap plastic toy car worth maybe 50 rupees, the kind you find in any local market.
Fake products. Fake site.
Just like the review mentioned below I ordered from this site “Nordwick, myshopify” because I saw an Ad on Instagram.
I ordered a Car Air freshner for 799/- and just now I have received the order on 22ndJuly2025 @04:45pm which is a 20/- plastic kids toy binoculars which we get on streets vendors or on traffic signals and which is also broken. Also there is no refund policy.

The catch is that they ship the product through shipping companies like Delhivery, which do not allow open-box deliveries. This means you cannot open the package without paying for it first. If you try to trick the delivery person into letting you open it before paying, the shipping company will charge them for it, so please don’t do that.
Please, only order from legit sites like Amazon or Flipkart. I’ve learned this lesson the hard way, and what we can take away from this whole debacle is that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
