Ordered a heating blanket/mattress 24/12, then never heard a single word of when it will arrive. No tracking info at all. It's been well over two weeks, still no word. Noone answers the phone, noone calls back even if promised on the answering machine and two emails to customer support are unanswered.
Avoid this company.
Would give zero stars if possible. This is a fake scam company that takes your money and doesn't send your product. Then when you contact them they create a fake support ticket that doesn't do anything. I ordered a kickbike the 11th of December for my son to open on Christmas and it still hasn't arrived over two weeks later. Shame on you !

I got a receipt. But no email that the item was shipped. When I emailed them about the unshipped products I got a "cannot deliver" notification from Google. This website is 💯 a scam.
