Gaslights customers by changing terms after purchase
Got our mattress, all good. Then realize after a few nights sleep that it is too hard. So we contact them about regretfully using the offered 120 days sleep trial. Where we should pay 100€ to have it returned as per their website and terms said.
They reach back after reminders that they apparently don’t offer those terms to us, because were not in the benelux region. The terms never said that before. After their email, the terms page has been updated about benelux region.
They gaslighted us and try to get away with it. Here’s our story now at least.
