Do not trust this site. Quality is shit, returned (at high sending costs to be paid by consumer), never received tefund. No response. Site did full changeover into new product type. This is a SCAM.

Do not trust this store – damaged product, no refund, and they vanished.
I ordered from nordlivingic.com in February 2025. The product arrived badly damaged and completely unusable. I sent several emails and never received a reply.
The store disappeared for weeks and has now reappeared with the same identity, which seems extremely suspicious.
I have filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, FBI IC3, and Chinese, American and Brazilian consumer agencies, and I’m pursuing a chargeback.
Avoid this site. Zero customer support.

Do not buy ! Delivered faulty promised replacement not received and no response to emails

I've been waiting for a lamp to be delivered since October. No one's responded. I think it's a well-designed scam.

same here I had a bad experience with this company. I ordered a lamp and the remote control was missing so cannot use the lamp... I wrote to their customer service but they don't reply and their shopify website is down

Be careful with this website . I normally check reviews before buying, but somehow was duped.

I bought a ceiling light which was broken on arrival. The inner part was made of a thin plastic , which had cracked. Took around a month to arrive.

When I emailed customer services for a return and refund they kept saying they would send a replacement and give me a 10-20% refund.

This was not appropriate as I had bought another light fitting in the meantime. Wasting so much time chasing this.

So cross and disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with NordLiving. I ordered the Celestial Stone Glow Pendant Natural Design Fusion (4 pieces), expecting a complete set. However, I was shocked to find that I only received the 4 pendants without the top part that connects them to the ceiling. This renders the pendants practically unusable.

When I reached out to their customer service to explain the issue, instead of addressing the missing item, they repeatedly insisted on me sending pictures of the items I received. This response made no sense, as my complaint clearly pertained to an item I did not receive, not the ones I did.

The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unwillingness to resolve this issue have left me extremely dissatisfied. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering from NordLiving. Their service has been far from the professional and reliable experience I had expected.

I had a terrible experience with NordLivingIC. I bought a light from their website, which kept popping up on Instagram ads. The company has no customer service whatsoever—they ignored every email I sent. When I tried to leave a review on their website, they didn’t allow it, which is suspicious considering all the reviews on their site are mysteriously 5 stars.

After doing some research on other websites, it seems this company might be a scam. They leave you to deal with the courier entirely on your own and offer no support or respect for their customers. I will never buy from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save your time and money—look elsewhere.

I ordered a chandelier, it never came, there is no phone number on their website, and the tracking number is fake so does not work. I followed by e mail but they stoped responding after the first e mail. be careful they are a scam

Website is fraud.
After ordering I looked up whois for the site and it's created recently and not properly registered. A typical sign for grab and dash websites. A shame that Shopify helps with fraud like this.

Product came without screws, no instructions, made a mess to unpack. It came with an american outlet despite ordering on the french website. Quality is poor and not nearly worth the price. Still waiting on customer service to refund.
