Scam company. Avoid it. They will make unauthorized credit card charges and then refuse to reverse them.

I wanted to cancel the subscription as i was not really using it but couldn't find the options in my playstore app. So I contacted the Customer support to assist me with it and was assisted within 5 mins by Nora Abot. I am really impressed by the customer service.

Charged over $105 for one month subscription renewal that I was not expecting. I requested a refund for the amount charged but to no avail. This company is using deceptive business practices to make money. They are so corrupt that after canceling my subscription, they had the audacity to offer me a subscription at $89.99 for a whole year to come back. Beware; their program isn’t worth the cost. Beware; they will suck you in so they can rip you off.

I was charged for a recurring subscription which I didn't know I had signed up for, and I immediately got in touch with the Nordletics support team asking for a refund. I got a prompt reply saying that they had cancelled my subscription so that there would be no further charges, but that the payment which had already been taken was non refundable. The initial contact was, I believe, through a "bot", which was polite and helpful, although not able to allow me a refund. I insisted, politely, that I felt my case should be reviewed and in fact it was reviewed, by a human being (I think) and I was granted my refund. I am totally happy with this result.

Watch out for the Auto renew. I signed up for the trial but didn't use then got hit with the auto renewal. I cancelled straight away and asked for a refund but they refused. Tells you everything you need to know about what kind of company they are.
The response is exactly as expected. "It's in the small print" It's a shame you have no integrity or pride in your business that you have to take money from people who don't want to use your service and refuse to refund them on a technicality. Awful company.
