BE AWARE do not touch!!!!! If I could give no Stars I would. I paid £23.70 for a 12 week Trial in April, App was removed from my phone as was not using then £118.52 taken from my bank in July totally unknowingly unauthorised, contacted the company via email after having to reload app to get these details and told they cannot refund, how do you know they will take NO MORE money I feel I have been SCAMMED!!!!!!

It took several days to get a receipt for the lifetime pass for the Nordletics app. I had to request a receipt 4 times, but finally received one. the customer service has been great since then.

Scam.. You pay for a 4 week plan and they then continue to take payments. Ignore cancellation requests, when you try to contact then the App continues to say check email message not sent! Extremely poor, only way to stop these scammers is for people to start taking notice of the terrible reviews

Subscription warning
I joined the app for a trial period and it wasn’t for me. Found the digital workout too small. I was horrified to see £79 taken from my account today. I contacted customer services who got in touch with this response -
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry for the surprise charge.
I’ve canceled your Nordletics subscription, so you will not be charged again going forward. You will keep access to the app until the end of your current billing period.
Regarding the £79.11 charge, I’m afraid I’m not able to issue a refund. Because this is a digital product, purchases are final once activated.
I understand this is disappointing, and I’m sorry for the frustration.

I signed up to the 4 week discounted offer — did not comprehend that it was a roll on subscription that would cost £79 per month until cancelled! Info on this is not made clear enough — should be on the main page where you tick 1 week 4 week plan — feels dishonest, lack of integrity.
The terms and conditions should be in bigger font, and black, not light grey. I went back to check and found cancellation if you scroll down, should be obvious, not hidden… i feel i’ve been robbed of £160 and did not benefit from the app, wasn’t for me and i did not choose to pay for a further 2 months. lithuania based company that probably makes a lot of money from people not knowing they need to cancel a subscription, and like me check their finances every couple of months to find an unexplained transaction/s. i won’t be signing up to any more health apps direct, i’ll use apple subscriptions and make sure to cancel at time of processing a free trial, then make a conscious decision to subscribe if i choose to.
