HARD PASS if you expect real Hey Dude shoes
Getting what was advertised is a BIG FAT NO AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND!! Their ad clearly indicates Hey Dude and even shows a picture of the Hey Dude brand show with MLB logo on it and with the cost of each pair, you expect a genuine product or one so close you wouldn't care. I thought the turn around of ordered to shipped within a day was great however they are coming from China so it took a while to get them. I ordered 2 pair and they came at different times. Upon receipt of the 1st pair I reached out to let the seller to let them know I did not get what was advertised. I was asked to wait for the 2nd pair. When I received the 2nd pair, the item was not as advertised. I reached out and sent supporting documents and after back and forth I was offered 20% refund. I declined the offer and asked for a full refund. Ultimately they do no honor their return/refund policy.
