Delays in ordering process

Update: since I wrote the review, customer service reached out and acknowledged there were issues with inventory not updating at the warehouse (things that can indeed happen) and I am pleased to report some progress with handling the order albeit rather delayed.

Review: Webpage stated products are in stock and will ship in 2-3 business days… yet more than 2 weeks and no response from warehouse as to what’s happening! Endless calls with (lovely) people at (useless) customer service who seem not to be able to do much more than pass a message.

Poor service

We ordered a table in the beginning of December 2025. First delivery was supposed to be in week 4, then it changed to week 8.
Now we are in week 10 and customer service doesn’t reply to my email's.

Unfortunately they don't have their…

Unfortunately they don't have their website in order. I ordered a Montana Dressoir for which i thought was a good deal - they later canceled the order saying that the price was incorrect. No alternative solution was offered.

Update 24th feb.
I was contacted by a representative and actually given a lower price than I initially purchased the item. Happy end after all..!

Update march 9th.
Apparently I misinterpreted the offer they send, and the item remains almost 3 times more expensive then what was listed on the website.. Communication is a bit too vague for a high-end store like this.

Outstanding customer service

I bought a radio for a birthday present, but as I was very late ordering, I was concerned that it might not be arriving on time. The customer service (Lisa) at Nordiska was outstanding, trying their best to get the radio to me in due time. Thanks to their positive attitude and efficiency the radio arrived in time - and it's just a fab as it looks on their website. So a big thank you to No-Ga for their customer service and great products.

Poor customer service and additional delivery fee

ordered two bedside tables that were supposed to be delivered within 1–3 working days which took days to came out their warehouse. After weeks of waiting, PostNord claimed they couldn’t deliver because of a ‘closed gate’ — but there is no gate at my address. My order was then sent to a terminal, and now I am asked to pay 468 SEK for delivery or pick-up from the terminal that’s only open weekdays. This is unacceptable very poor customer service and misleading delivery information.I feel so regret with my purchase!

Do not recommend at all

I am extremely disappointed with NO-GA’s service. I placed an order six months ago, and it was delivered broken. Since then, I have been waiting for a replacement, but to this day I have not received anything.
The customer service has been unhelpful and unprofessional, no proper solution was offered, no meaningful updates were given, and at this point they have completely stopped responding to my inquiries.
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an online purchase. I cannot recommend NO-GA to anyone, and I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them.

July 25 I got an order confirmation…

July 25 I got an order confirmation email that says once the third party/ supplier has confirmed the order Nordiska Galleriet will come back with preliminary dates. Now it’s August 15, I’ve been charged long time ago and no email response or proactive communication about my order, if it has been confirmed and estimated timelines. Simply poor customer service. Do not recommended

Long delivery time, but they made up for it!

I ordered a lamp 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. It was a lot of money and the costumer service is not that great. I always have to initiate contact regarding the order. They’ve already told me that the supplier sent it and that it would take 2 weeks. Of course, 2 weeks later and I haven’t heard of anything, so I reached out again. Now the product is being shipped to me.

Update: I’m happy to say that the costumer service was very helpful and offered me a great discount on my next order due to the delay and inconvenience. In the end, the service was very satisfactory!

They were very quick to respond and helped me in any way possible. So thank you again for making it up to me!

This company is horrible

This company is horrible. I ordered 2 chairs on 6th of June and they were an in stock item and says that for stock items it will take 5-8 days delivery. While speaking to customer service they told me they shipped the item on the 12th so that’s already 6 days after my order was placed and almost outside of their “ promised “ delivery time for stock items.

It is now July 3rd, almost a month and I haven’t received the chairs. I think they just lie about delivery times so you buy from them and then you don’t receive the item. If it’s a delivery outside of Sweden avoid at all costs.

Awful service

Awful service! The online team sells you the dream to get the order and then lies, doesn't respond doesn't help. Spoken to Simon who is absolutely useless. There are so many great companies like Svenssons and other companies. Go for them. Do not touch this company if you want to keep your sanity and if you want your orders on time.

Undefined delivery times and no tracking of the order

We had placed an order for items in stock (delivery time 5-7 working days). Actually that was the reason why we chose this company to order the specific items from. The 8th working day we received an email that the order possibly would be delivered two weeks later. Coming to today (these two weeks have almost passed) and we have received no news until we send an email. The reply was that they see our package and will let us know (sometime in the future) when it will be delivered… Unacceptable

Is the staff even there?

Your reviews are suspicious, look very much like bots that give 5/5 and have exact same name, context and just scream either AI generated or someone in the team leaves reviews. Embarrassing - as from my experience and plenty of others the service is not good at all for a luxury brand like yours. Nobody answers, emails or phone calls. Furthermore, the staff just say “sorry” and that word should never be used in luxury brands, get vocabulary book and problem solving quizes to upskill the team or do a round of 3 interviews before recruiting. Until that is solved, ill stick to other resellers.
