Founded during lockdown when our third child became sick at 20 hours old, Nordicstork gave us something positive to focus on and we wanted to share the wonders of safe toys that support child development in the most beautiful of ways. Daniel, our lockdown soldier, is now growing healthily and happily and so is our business. We believe that all families should have access to open-ended toys - so we keep our prices competitive and strive to offer the utmost in value for money. When you support Nordicstork, you also support our family. Our eldest is Autistic and has ADHD. We want him to always have a job and we are working very hard to create a legacy for our 3 children. Less than 22% of Autistic adults are in employment - which is a shocking figure and we would like to actively offer employment opportunities to those who are most in need as our business grows. This store has a wonderful selection for young children
This store has a wonderful selection of children’s toys and I couldn’t be happier with the wooden toy garage which I have given to my grandson for his birthday, he loves it. However, the website seems to have a few glitches, leading to my ordering the same items twice.The lovely lady who owns the company sorted the problem out over the phone quickly and efficiently and made sure the items arrived on time. If it hadn’t been for the problem with the website I would have happily given a five star rating

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Ordered an item pre Christmas which was delayed due to the postal strikes. The company checked in with us twice, without me having contacted them, to see if the parcel had arrived and offered a refund if we were unable wait for it.
I really like the ethos of this company and would happily order from them again and would highly recommend to others.

Hand Delivered Saves The Day!
Unfortunately strikes in the UK meant a delay in my order being received, since this was a requested Christmas present for my 4 year old niece I really didn’t want to let her down.
This company were extremely responsive and arranged hand delivery of the present to ensure it got to her in time. There are not many companies that would take the time to do that, it was hugely appreciated.
