Three days and lies late
Delivery driver didn’t deliver when originally scheduled, randomly showed up the next day when I was not home, said he would come back same day then did not, showed in your system as having been delivered, then eventually showed up on the third day, obviously having signed for the delivery himself at some point, because your CS kept just saying it was either on the way or already delivered (which was useless and false, as I sent the text messages from the two different drivers who had texted to say they were delivering it, and it was a COD which I had not paid for yet).
