Are ye for real. You told me I'd have my electric boat motor within 8 days. It's 3 weeks now and no sign of it. The summer will be over by the time I get my boat out so no I am not pleased with your service.

SCAM! Like others, wish i'd read these reviews before purchasing. They appear to give a legitimate reason for delay, but this is automated response and a lie.
STAY CLEAR of this website.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.

Appalling service. Paddle Board kit ordered and paid for. Never arrived. Wish I had read previous reviews Weeks of emails with “customer service” with nothing but excuse after excuse. Requested refund today but I don't hold out much hope.

!! FRAUD WEBSITE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE !! 48hr delevery promise - not true. Not answering any e-mails. You will receive an automated e-mail, nothing else. After contacting a few days why my order is taking so long i decided to cancel my order. They should confirm the canceled order and refund. They did not send me any e-mail, and didnt contact me in any other way. These people take your money and send you nothing.

Bought Kuura watch over 3 weeks ago. No sign of delivery no reply to emails. Very bad service. I discourage anyone from shopping from them.

Very bad in communication. After 2 weeks and a weekly request still do not get a serious response when I can expect my package or when it will be shipped. Only a general response that they are dealing with a lot of orders and have a warehouse issue (solve it!). I just checked the website, nothing is mentioned about these problems when you put in your order. Hopefully this review will help to create the awareness of the bad service of their customer 'service'center. All I know is that I do not know anything more than at the moment I put in the order. Not acceptable for a webshop: deliver on what you promise and communicate keeps your customers happy!

Very poor information about order… packed?sended? Delivery date? Delivery service?

I don't know if or when they will be ship my purchase, they don't even answer to my messages

I purchased a green house that was quite costly but came with component that were cut too small to fit the product and sections missing fixings or the holes for fixings . Cheap crap that took a month longer to deliver . They have not responded to multiple requests for refund

Ordered a rooftop tent for our vacation. Delivery time is supposed to be up till 5 working days. Already 2 weeks further and still no delivery! Only just now got confirmation our package is ready to be shipped. Only to late now! Starting our vacation tomorrow. No tent no vacation. Many thanks !!!

Order has still not arrived 5 weeks later despite website stating delivery takes 5 days. I ordered a pretty large expensive item as a birthday gift for my son. His birthday was three weeks ago and I have still been j able to give it to him. Customer service has not replied. Tracking information is telling me the item has been in three different countries and still no indication as to when the item will actually be delivered. Extremely frustrating and made more so by lack of communication from customer service.

ordered products over a month ago and have had no response to inquires. I must assume that this is a scam.

I don't know why this hasn't come up when I was researching the shop!
I ordered and paid for two paddleboards. It took awhile but it was sent out.
It was registered under one item, 21kg. Delivered one out of two! DHL and An Post says they only had 1 box.
7 days later, I've sent numerous emails to the company, with not a single response.

❌ I placed an order (#NP90334) on NordicProStore and requested a cancellation immediately after placing it, before it was shipped.

❗️The seller ignored my cancellation request and claimed the order was “already in handling” – but it wasn’t shipped yet. Then they told me I had to either reject the package and wait over 2 weeks, or pay €71 for return shipping, which clearly violates EU consumer protection laws.

📩 I contacted them several times, but received no fair solution. I have now reported the issue to Revolut and ECC Ireland.

🚫 Warning to other customers: poor support, delays, and refusal to respect consumer rights. Please be cautious when buying from this store.

Disgusted with service. Not responding, not helpful, not worth the hassle at all! They claiming that delivery takes 3 to 7days (with swift dispatch) well that is the biggest lie! It's 2wks and I am still waiting for my parcel, not to mention any email respond to my couple of emails!

No sign of delivery and no tracking number provided, extremely slow response from customer service, can only contact by email but the answers are not complete. Very disappointed son waiting for birthday gift.

Unbelievably bad service shower head took 2 weeks to come and I returned it ask told because they said it would be 2-5 working days. Returned item and still no refund €199 out of pocket this is a scam company please don’t buy from them
