I ordered two pairs of earrings and a bracelet. I received one pair of earrings and a bracelet. The bracelet had another kind of a lock than in the catalogue, so I contacted the customer service. They offered me a 60% discount on the bracelet. When I still wanted to return the bracelet and asked for the missing earrings, they didn't answer me anymore.

Beware of this shop!
I suspect that the store sold my credit card information to a company called dg-fun.net. After I had ordered the earrings, an unidentified charge was made on my credit card, which was repeated the following month. So beware of the Nordic Glimmer shop! I did get the earrings though, from China.
