We totally understand your frustration, when we show stock on our webshop it has to be in stock and we take full responsibility for our mistake.
Unfortunately we launched an new integration with our supplier, wich has not been working well.
It was suposed to make our stock status even better, but it has made a lot of our customers unhappy because of the mistakes in the integration.
We wrote you an e-mail the day after ordering that a mistake has happend, so i hope that you are happy about our customer service and informationflow.
I hope after all you are happy with the product even though it came way to late and that you are willing to give us another chance to deliver within the promished days.

Vi beklager meget fejlen fra vores eksterne lager og den manglende information fra dem/os omkring lagerfejl og forsinkelse, vi forstår din frustration og det er ikke godt nok. Vi arbejder hele tiden på at optimere vores systemer, så vi kan undgå fejl som disse, men vi er selvfølgelig ikke fejlfri og må derfor erkende vores fejl og beklage.
Grunden til du ikke har fået nogen Track & Trace er fordi du har valgt at annullere ordren.
