Thank you for your review and your feedback.

You are right that you are not allowed to review a company, if you haven't had a service or product experience, by Trustpilots rules. But we don't need to hide it, so i won't report it to Trustpilot, as we rather have a good conversation with our customers.

We love feedback, that is the best way to get better as a company, by getting our customers opinion. But i wish you had contacted us by mail, so we could have talked about it and have had a good conversation on how we can improve, instead of you trying to hurt us by sending a review like this without any informations to our potential customers who uses Trustpilot.

I need to explain our other customers, why Laila(and you) feel badly treated, so they can get the full story, as it is not in your review. So here is point of view.

Laila bought a pair of in-ear headphones from us and wanted to return those. She contacted us and we told her that we have recieved her wish of returning her order and we send her a link with how to do it and the terms of the process(she didn't inform us that the product had been used). She eiter didn't read thoose or choose to ignore them, as it says that you cannot return used in-ear headphones. This is not allowed by law because of hygienic reasons and it says it in our business polisy(which is accepted on purchage) and was send to her before returning the order. She didn't want to accept this and told us that we had to return her money and that we were a unproffesional company. We responded that she had agreed with the terms and we were not the ones making the law and tried to explain her how it works and that if she had any doubt that we were not allowed to this, she could contact E-mærket, which we pay for to be a member, so our customers can get free legal support.

Again i would be very happy to recieve an e-mail where you tell us what we could have done instead, then we can try to do better next time. When i look at the correspondence i don't see that my employees are rude or don't speak nicely to her, but maybe you see something i don't see and we can learn from the process.

Im sorry to hear thant you won't buy from us, but i hope you find it elsewhere and wish you the best of luck in the future.

Thank you for your review.

I am very sad to hear that you feel this way and that you regret shopping with us.

When that is said, i must say i am surpriced, how you can act like this and put up such a wrong review and lie to people about us.

So here is what happend, so all our other happy customers can get the real and hole story.

You bought a set of AirPods and wanted to send them back. We send you our guide for this and our business terms, so you could read them and we could make sure there would be no misunderstanding.
But you chose not to read them or just didn’t want to follow them, maybe because you made a mistanke, i don’t know.
When we recieve the product, we see that the product is used and by danish law and our business terms(that you have accepted) which we also sent to you before returning the products, says that you cannot send back used in-Ear headphones due to hygiejne reasons, as they cannot be resold.
So you get mad because we cannot accept the return and that you need to get them back now and because we didnt tell you this in advance, which we actually did by asking you to read the return guide and business policies.

Just the fact that you evaluate our business from a platform we don’t use and say that our reviews are wrong is crasy

I hope you will be looking towards yourself and your mistankes after this feedback from me and rethink this review as is misleading
