Great contact when purchasing from the Factry site nordicclays.com. Mistake on the order and now 7 days and 12 unanswered phone calls to rectify. Emailed too. No response. Caldwell makes one. i was going to buy another one but now I will try Caldwell thrower.

I bout the starter set first part of April and we love it. Simple to use and so many option to through the clays. We will use this for years to come at our property to practice.

This is a unique product in the clay shooting world. The launcher is well built and allows for endless presentations for shooters of any skill level. It is super fun and can go anywhere with you.

The product is amazing, and the service is even better—congratulations! I'll soon be buying a second one, and maybe even a third, so we can organize big hunts. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give it an 11.

The customer service Andreas provided was top-notch. I was having a problem with the second clay, not launching .I contacted customer service and they responded immediately. Andreas sent me a troubleshooting list which I went through, but it turns out I just really needed to clean the cylinder where the clays all loaded. I never got back to Andreas to let him know so far the problem has been solved, but he in returned emailed me to follow up and make sure my trap master was working. That’s good service.

Great product. Easy to operate and it allows you to improve the clay/bird shooting in all kinds of terrain.
Also the clays are bio so very nature friendly. Will recommend this to everybody who enjoys shooting and a day in the field.

I rate you with 5 star because i believe that your product and idea behind it deserve it . I live in a place where the nearest clay shooting yard its 350 km away.Beside the distance i always funded issues, to many people, no clay in stock , broken machine for 2 month etc ... So with your products i just beat the system :) .
Unfortunately i did not have the time to use it a lot because of a charging issues that the product has.
Concerning that i have to say that was annoying and probably bad luck for me, but Andreas answer to my report ticket even on a Saturday afternoon and from there he relay manage and professionally handled all the arrangements to the repair shop and back to me .

Delivery was slow, the product was well made and did fire the clays quite a distance, was good for teaching my son. It is very noisy and the clays are easily blown around if there is any wind. I did try cancelling my order as it was taking a long time to be delivered but was told I would lose £120 if I returned it. A few months after I bought it I started getting emails saying I need to pay a customs payment of £120
All in all for me an expensive mistake

The Trapmaster is a game changer! A really fun product to use for practising your shooting skills or simply having fun with your shooting friends.
The quality of the product is great and the targets it offers are challenging and the most life like clays I have had the pleasure of shooting.
