Serious warning: money taken, no goods delivered
After I had already paid, the shop changed its name and website from
astro-artstore.de to nordicastro.com. This is a massive red flag and
typical behavior seen in scam-like operations.
I ordered on 28 December 2025 and paid 863.14 € by bank transfer.
My payment was immediately confirmed, but months later I have received
nothing: no product, no shipping information, no tracking number, and
absolutely no replies to my emails.
The website claims “We reply within 24 hours”. This is simply not true.
There was only complete silence after taking my money.
Based on my experience, this business does not appear legitimate at all.
In my opinion, this shows clear fraudulent patterns: take the money,
ignore the customer, change the company name, and disappear.
I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this shop and never pay by
bank transfer.
