Fine products. Zero correspondence about shipping. I don't think that I ever received an email confirmation from the order either. Unfortunately there is no other option for post surgery compression garments

does exactly what the web page says. I use this for long walks and garden work lifting and bending. it's is very comfortable and I feel very secure with it . One slight drawback which another reviewer pointed out is it is a little uncomfortable when sitting.But then I do not need it when sitting.

No help at all
No help at all. Bought some things I needed. Sent to a PakkeShop 1.5 km away, when there is one 350m away. Was unable to pick it up, so it got sent back. Since then nothing.

You pay for the freight yourself for return
They send the items fast but the downside is if you need to send them back because the size is too small or too big then you have to pay for the freight yourself. Won’t be thinking to buy from them next time.

Be careful with this company - no money refund!
Be careful with this company! - they will not refund your money. Instead they will provide an excuse that you have used the product.
Bought a Ballerina posturebandage, recieved it fairly fast - tried it on, concluded that it did not support anything, so I returned it to Sweden. Nordicare said that it had been used and would not refund my money.
The Ballerina posture bandage does not support posture - that is first of all why it was returned. It is a poor product and the customer service is awful. Do not do business with them.
In a minute they will reply to this review with a message... bla bla we're sorry this and that.
I will keep writing reviews warning other customers at your Trustpilot - until you return my money.
The Ballarina posture bandage is still sitting in it's bag. Should a customer want it for free, it's yours - size XL.
