nordic-treats.com (WallMagic TMI)

I would like to report my experience with nordic-treats.com (WallMagic TMI).
I placed an order on June 18, 2026. According to the website, orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. However, my order has still not been shipped.
I have contacted the company three times using the contact details provided on their website. In each message, I requested either an update on my order or, if they were unable to fulfill it, cancellation of the order and a full refund. Unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever.
The lack of communication and the failure to process either the order or the refund have caused me serious concern about the reliability of this website.
I hope this information helps other consumers and assists you in evaluating the trustworthiness of this online store.
