Chelsie White was recommended to us by the estate agents. Normally I would have contacted my previous building society, but they have just dropped all their advisors and you have to do it via Teams. Therefore we contacted Chelsie, I must say I was pleasantly surprised as past experiences have been poor. Chelsie was exceptional, professional and on top of everything. We supplied our documentation, within a week we had a visit to go through some simple paperwork. Then within 24 hours we had our mortgage offer. The effort from me was minimal, Chelsie did all that painful load away. During the purchase the mortgage rates dropped, before I got the chance to contact her, Chelsie sent through the revised offer at the lower rates. A service above and beyond. If you are thinking twice, don't just take the leap of faith. You will be pleased with the results.
