I received a second order that I tried…
I received a second order that I tried to cancel when I saw it in my appear in my email. I wanted the Noor Collagen Peptids only and a denial of my Visa card prompted me to try and reorder. Consequentially I ended up with an order that I did not want. I saw an email that stated no refunds for discount orders. I was only trying to stop an order that I did not want.

I can't seem to reach customer service. I can't log into the website. I have moved and the address you have is incorrect. I don't know what you are sending me and I would like to review but have not been able to reach anyone. This has been going on for months - since March.
