Terrible company to deal with

Ordered a paint roller from Mookly Uk. They labelled the delivery address incorrectly and their courier SpeedX was unable to deliver. When i attempted to change the delivery address, I was told this option is unavailable. Multiple emails to Mookly (Olivia), she responded once saying my only option is to contact the courier. When I told her I had done that, she has not repsonded since.

BEWARE of refund small print

BEWARE
Bold advertising about free returns and full refunds. BUT not applicable to promotional items... everything on promotion so you'll NEVER receive this

Horrible. Doesn’t work. Zero customer service. Robotic voice. Good idea in theory but not ready for real life.
I’ve also been charged monthly for
Nothing and can’t cancel my subscription despite many attempts.

If I could give this company no stars I…

If I could give this company no stars I would. Item arrived was faulty. Emailed the company 3 times and still no response. Returns policy is rubbish. You have to pay to return the item, then they decide if they’re going to give you a refund. May as well have thrown my money straight in the bin

Terrible experience

Ordered a paint edger which took 10 days to arrive, by which time I had finished painting and no longer required it. I requested a return/refund but they refused stating it was a “promotional item”. As far as I know it has always been on sale at the promotional price and I have never seen it at the alleged full price. I sent a further email pointing out I should be able to return it under the 14 day cooling off period went unanswered.
When I started another painting job I decided to try the item. It was a complete waste of time and does not do what it claims to.
Don’t waste your money on this useless product and avoid this company as they clearly have no interest in customer service.
