I’m disappointed in my most recent experience with Care ADHD. They emailed me saying I needed a medication review and wouldn’t be able to order more meds until this was completed. This left me without any medication for an extended period of time. Then when I had the review call, I was told the person conducting the call can’t change my prescription, so I’d need another call with a doctor for that purpose. What a waste of time!! I already said on the forms I’d filled in prior to the call that I wasn’t happy with my current medication. What’s the point of a medicine review call if the person conducting the call doesn’t have the authority to change a prescription?! I then had to wait several weeks and chase Care ADHD to get the follow up call booked, which meant even more time without medication. It seems like they expect people they’ve diagnosed with ADHD to behave as if they don’t have ADHD

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my diagnostic, was very thorough with questions.
I was referred to Care ADHD in February 2026 and received my ADHD diagnosis in early March. Initially, I was really happy with the service and the waiting time for diagnosis.
The main reason I chose Care ADHD was the advertised waiting time for titration on both their website and the official Right to Choose website. At the time of my referral, the waiting time for titration was advertised as just four weeks. However, it is now October 2026, and I still haven’t had my titration appointment. I submitted all my titration forms just days after receiving my diagnosis letter in March, so I have been waiting months longer than expected.
I have contacted Care ADHD countless times by email and telephone to explain how the uncertainty, delays and inconsistent information are affecting my wellbeing. Despite repeatedly raising my concerns, I have not received the clarity or reassurance I would expect from a healthcare provider.
During this prolonged wait, I have started therapy and begun the process of coming off my existing medication so that I can start ADHD medication under the care of my Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). Unfortunately, due to the ongoing delays, it now looks as though I may be left without medication before I even receive my titration appointment, which is exactly the situation I was hoping to avoid.
I have explained my circumstances and the impact this is having on me to Care ADHD on multiple occasions. However, I feel my concerns have not been taken seriously. Each time I contact them, I seem to receive different explanations or information, leaving me frustrated, confused and no closer to knowing when I will receive the treatment I was referred for.
I understand that waiting lists can change, but patients deserve honest communication, accurate information and compassion, particularly when delays are affecting their mental health and treatment plans.
My initial experience was positive, but the experience since diagnosis has been extremely disappointing. I chose Care ADHD through Right to Choose based on the advertised waiting times, and I now regret that decision.
Based on my personal experience, I would advise others to research their options carefully before choosing this provider. Right to Choose is an important opportunity, and I feel let down by a service that initially appeared to be the right choice for me.

Worst service every. Diagnosed a year ago almost and haven’t heard a thing about medication or any helpful advice!!! Steer clear of this service unless you’re willing to wait a very long time. It’s actually medical negligence IMO

Amazing experience with care adhd. I felt so anxious and nervous but the assessor really put me at ease and explained any questions I didn’t really understand. I couldn’t have asked for a better assessor and an experience.
Overall I am really satisfied with the service I received. Once the referral was received from my GP I received the online forms to complete. From acknowledgement of my forms I received an appointment really quickly. The clinician I spoke to was great and put me at ease made me feel comfortable throughout. My only area for improvement is that for some reason once my forms were complete the next step didn’t happen for a while, I contacted 3 times over the period of 6 weeks with no response until the third time but then everything moved extremely quickly again after that. That was my only frustration but the rest of my experience was really positive.

Absolutely appalling drawn out service, I've been waiting 7 month's since my assessment and have still not received titration.
I selected CareADHD on right to choose because of their very short assessment to medication time that they claimed they have, two weeks and you could even get medicated in your initial assessment, 7 months on and I'm still waiting.
The very worst service I've received from anyone about anything during my whole 53 years on this planet and I would strongly recommend anyone who is considering using their services to AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Organised and efficient service. Time given was time we went ahead with teams call so I appreciated that. Very short wait with RTC scheme.. just weeks. I would really recommend them. Now im diagnosed i am being told and guided through the following steps… eg medication titration and support services etc
This was really easy to go through, and helped me find reason for the little things I struggle with every day. The people were great, process simple to understand.
Care ADHD were really quick by the time they got my referal papers from my gp, to then sending me the questionnaires and then to the assessment appointment, it took 8 days. The lady who did my assessment was kind, supportive and patient towards me aswell. Thank you.
Felt very nervous about going down this path but found Mohammad Beegoo very calm and understanding .Thank you.
Daniel is great. Understanding and able to answer my questions and explaun things to me.
Very friendly team. Gave reminders for appointments which helped a lot. Fast service
Original referral: 17th September 2025
Diagnosis: 19th Dec 2025
Titration app: 27th Aug 2026 *ECG requested
ECG/PO supplied: 1st September 2026 *GP confirmed normal.
Wait times for review of ECG were described as:
"a few weeks" on the 14th September 2026
"6 weeks" on the 23rd September 2026
"6-8 weeks" on the 7th October 2026.
I had to request the ECG from my GP, who very efficiently arranged and returned results and confirmed the results were normal within 48 hours. I subsequently supplied this information to the CARE ADHD team on the 1st September.
I have emailed and requested to know where in the queue I sit - if my file is sat with the cardiologist or in a Care ADHD administration queue? I have had no response to this request.
However, I wish to highlight that individual members of the Care ADHD team are always polite and helpful, my issue is with the inefficient management systems of the overall process.
