They cancel the order and do not refund.

I bought a watch on May 26, 2021 and paid 382.16 Eur, taking on all the expenses required by the bank for the international transaction from Italy to China.
On June 5th they write to me that they only received EUR 314.00 and that I would still have to pay EUR 73.00 because I would have shared the bank commissions!
No, I paid ALL the bank charges and shared absolutely nothing!
Since I have no intention of paying any additional costs for a clone watch, I ask for the money back.
I get sparse replies saying just "change the order", that's it.
What does it mean? I asked you for a refund, do the refund, simple.
No.
To my grievances, they still reply "change order".
Then it is quite evident that they put a strain on my patience, let's go!
I am not at all satisfied with the meager communication which is completely insignificant and not conclusive, but I still decide (given how things had turned out!) To place a second order for an object of lower value.
But after a few days, evidently resentful for the negative feedback posted, they cancel, WITHOUT REASON, also this second order.
No other communication was made afterwards despite my repeated requests to receive the money back.
Now, everyone has their own opinion. Mine is that they are sleazy scammers and I would like them to respond to feedback with evidence that can prove me wrong. My evidence is available to everyone.
