I ordered 3 and was charged for and sent 6!
I messaged immediately through PayPal and they said he same as other reviews that they had already been shipped and I could return in 30 days.
Surprisingly they came quickly and seem to work but I obviously don't need 6.
Upon checking reviews as the response email didn't have any details of business address or anything I googled reviews and found very concerning that this has happened to many people. Charged for more than ordered, no received them or received dodgy products always told they can return them but not given return details (I have been dealing with this at present they won't give me a return address). Also people said they had some sort of autoshipment/autopayments set up on their paypal I checked mine and sure enough this was on mine also which I cancelled. Also as I had not had the money taken from my bank yet I took all payment methods off my PayPal and transferred money out of the connected account and opened a new bank. In this time I had other payments and direct debits bounce and had to stuff around paying things and changing my bank details with each company. I raised a dispute with PayPal and they sided with the company saying I authorised the payment....I authorised payment for **3** NOT 6 and not for any kind of autopayments set to my account. When (if) the company allows me to send 3 back I will pay PayPal for 3 then I will be closing my PayPal account because I no longer trust they can make common sense decisions to not deal with scamming fraudulent companies and keep people's money safe!

HORRIBLE! If I could leave negative stars I would. If you want a refund, they try to claim that they don’t see an order under your name, number or email. PLEASE SCREENSHOT PROOF OF YOUR ORDER IF YOU DO ORDER FROM THEM! I had to go back and forth with two different people just to get a refund and they only gave me 70% of my refund. They initially wanted to give me 25% back. All I can say is keep pushing for most of your money back. This is probably the biggest scam I’ve ever seen. They are one of the biggest ripoffs. I am very disappointed with this company!

First of all, someone answered the phone which can sometimes not be the case. I was very happy to hear a voice on the other end! The support person told me that I would be receiving an email concerning instructions on how to return my items that I ordered and get a refund. One of my pet peeves is calling a customer service to try to get help with an order and refund, but you totally surprised me with your service.
I thought this was going to be the thing that helped me reduce the stress of my dog constantly barking, but all that has happened is that this company have caused me more stress. First I couldn’t check out without being offered more items, which I did not want. The only way to complete the order was to press proceed, which added the items I didn’t want and automatically checked out!
I contacted the company within an hour of receiving the order completion to request that it be cancelled. Please note that their refund and returns policy states you can request a refund within 12 hours of placing the order.
I was told that it had already been shipped and that I could return it within 30 days…. So I waited. I have now received said items and it would appear we have started another merry dance, trying to avoid me returning these items within their time limit.
There is no address to simply return it to. You must request to return, they send you a survey which you need to complete before replying. Which I have done and again requested the information so I can return these items I do not want.
I have now been told that they cannot find my order… funny given I requested my return including the order number they provided to me in my order confirmation in the subject of the email and my email text…. Oh and that they didn’t recognise my email address which interestingly worked perfectly well when they were taking my money!
I have replied with screenshots of my order number on their email and a screenshot of their response telling me that they had shipped the items and I could return it within 30 days… and no reply!
Do not buy from this company. From the reviews I have read they seem to make these amendments to orders all the time and make it so difficult to return anything.
I want to return these items and I want my money back!!!!

Reasonably easy once confusion over card payment was rectified
I tried to cancel this order right after I made it because I accidentally purchased 5 collars after only needing 1. Even though, I called immediately after purchasing I was told that it was too late to cancel the order. Now I would like to return all 5 collars because after waiting 2 weeks for them to arrive the collar does not work at reducing my dog’s barking. Instead of emailing me a return packaging slip I am having to fill out this questionnaire. Each step of this process has been more difficult than it needs to be. Now once trying to return they keep offering to give me a partial refund to not return the collars. Do not buy from this company!

Speaking to someone who speaks English and knew what she was talking about. She was wonderful and very helpful!
I purchased the Noobark collar for my small black pug. She barks at everything on TV. Landscape workers outside the house. Her reflection in the storm door, etc., etc.
I tried the collar on her on the lowest settings and when she barked she was traumatized. My husband refused to let her wear it again. It says “no shock” but it mentions “shock” in the instructions.??
I am in the process of trying to return the collar for a refund. So far, Victor, the representative I have been communicating with has been extremely helpful.
Apparently I need to complete a survey before I can obtain return instructions.
My experience was great because my order was paid for however my email I entered incorrectly. Noobark reps responded right away and found my mistake. They entered my info correctly and my order is on its way. I was so embarrassed but grateful they found my mistake. Can’t wait for the product
I have a chocolate Labrador. He is 4 years old and has a barking issue. He barks at everything. We bought this collar because it has so many great reviews. But once we had it for about 2 weeks it started not to work once it got wet and would beep at odd times throughout the day. I mean like every 10 minutes.

Not happy at all. My experience is just like that of several other reviewers. I also intended to order 1 collar but was charged for 4 or 5.
I also attempted to cancel within minutes of receiving a notice of charges, but was told it was too late and that the order was ready to leave the warehouse!!
I was told not to worry - I can return within 30 days for a full refund. I don't even want to try it, to be honest. It took so long to receive, I had to try another brand.

The customer service agent was very helpful. However, I am very frustrated that the bark collars only come in a large size. I waited a long time to receive them. Now I have to start my search all over again.
Hello. I accidentally ordered 4 bark collars instead of 2. I kept emailing them asking for instructions and address to send them to, to get my money back. After several emails back and forth, they said they would reimburse me $82 and I could keep the collars. I really wanted a full refund, but I got tired of asking and accepted their offer. Not a happy camper!

Absolutely horrible, terrible company, scammy website, way over charged and very difficult to cancel order. Do not order from this website!!
EDIT to add: Regardless what the dodgy customer service replies below, they have continued to refuse to refund despite requesting a refund within 5 mins of making the order and realised I was overcharged $117 instead of $45. They are still refusing to refund, absolute scam of a company.
