I bought cushions two months ago and still haven't received them. The customer service team hasn't been helpful and they're not even offering a full refund for products I haven't received!! I wish I had never bought them and highly encourage not to buy.

The worst experience, it’s been 3 months that I am waiting for my parcel, still not arrived.. never buy from this website

Useless service. My order - 211327, was supposed to ship in two days and arrive in 4, that was 13 days ago now and still nothing.

Customer support will ignore customer emails and follow up with it will take 9-10 days to respond to an email - shocking customer service.

Very disappointing quality and customer service. The blanket fell apart after only two weeks of normal use on the couch—the seams simply came loose. This clearly points to poor manufacturing quality.

What makes it worse is the customer service. My warranty claim was questioned because the hangtag had been removed, which is completely unreasonable. A product is meant to be used, and removing a tag should never void warranty rights.

Instead of taking responsibility for a defective product, the service felt dismissive and unhelpful. I expected much better quality and support. I would not recommend this product or this company.

Meant to arrive 31/12 and didn’t come. Stuck at customs. No response from customer service at all, really worried I won’t get product.

My order has been stuck at customs awaiting commercial shipping paperwork for over 2 weeks and I have not been able to get a response to any of my enquiries from customer service. I constantly receive emails from them promoting new products but they do not respond to my emails. I don't believe I will ever receive this order and doubtful I'll receive a refund either :-( I would defintely not recommend this supplier

Order multiple items from Noo.ma. Love them, especially the side tables.

I wish I googled beforehand, I wouldn't have ordered otherwise. As many people have said: I ordered, but never received my item. And they cannot be contacted.

I ordered something December 22, and was promised shipping the very next day. Next day, nothing.

After the holidays, also nothing.
Then I was told I'd get it by December 31.
But come Dec 31, nothing.

Then, I was told by notification that it would be early January. Then, early January, nothing.

I messaged a number of times across this space, no response. Completely ghosted.

Scammers.

Very bad packaging. We ordered a TV stand on November 28th and received it with part of the item broken. Since then, we have been trying to get a clear answer about what will happen next and whether we will receive a partial refund for the inconvenience and the long delay. Unfortunately, the issue is still unresolved.

Got a great discount, delivery only took a week at the peak of the holiday season, quality feels great (really heavy for the size of the table + great paintjob). In short: nothing to complain about. This has been my second purchase from nooma and I will continue to purchase there if they keep up the service.

My experience with noo.ma was terrible. They do not know how to navigate EU-UK customs, and take over a week to respond to each individual customer service email. There is no telephone number. Want to check why the delivery is late? A week to respond. Something unclear in their email? Another week to respond. Want to check why it’s already two weeks late and they haven’t emailed you? Another week to respond. Complain about the service you receive? A kind offer of 10% off your next order, after another week waiting for a response. Still waiting for a refund? No response for weeks. Thanks!!

There are better alternatives - Nordina Home is similar stuff delivers quickly and has decent response times. Heals. Habitat. Damn, even with IKEA at least you know what you’re signing up for.

The item I bought was delivered in a short time, good quality but too small. so I had to send it back. Did not know how to do it, so I contact the Support. They were very helpful in a nice way, patient, offering different possibilities. I had another question and they answered directly. Everything quickly solved ! Thanks.

I came to trustpilot because at this point I am not convinced this site isn't a scam. I ordered from Portugal 2 itens (textile itens, easy to ship abroad) on dec 1st and I have not received anything, I can't track my order, information on the website mentions the order would be received on the 20th dec but does not show as shipped, it shows "preparing". I sent an email to their support on the 22nd asking for a refund and got an automated email that it might take longer to answer due to festive season. Its been 11 days and no answer. There's no other way to reach out to them. This has to be a complete scam! It is not acceptable. Do not buy there!

I love my blanket from nooma! It was the best purchase for winter. I will definitely buy more from them :)

Really like the quality of the side table i bought.
Very heavy compared to other cheap counterparts and paint looks good. Wouldn't pay full price for it but with the 40% discount was very reasonable priced
