I contacted them because I couldn't get them to ship to Ibiza through their website, and they made everything easy for me. Plus, the tables are incredibly beautiful. A great experience with this brand, which I wasn't familiar with. I'll definitely order again!

i’ve now bought a few items from Nooma and the quality of them is amazing ,and very stylish .i did have an issue with one delivery which was more to do with the courier ,but Patrycja was amazing and kept me informed and upto date and felt with my issue promptly ,Nooma customer service is 5star

I really loved the product. I bought 2 wa side tables as nightstands. The design is very cool and the colour is beautiful.

The ordering process was straightforward, and the item was dispatched the next working day. I received regular tracking updates, and delivery to the UK only took a few days. I’m very happy with my purchase — the side table is good quality, practical, and looks great.

Needed to both change the color of an item a day after ordering and change the shipping window. They did both quick! Shout out to Ola for being so helpful.

Everything went great! I loooove the products that I've got, they're super good quality and make my apartment a coziest place. The delivery service was great, my items arrived the day they said. If I ever need something else, will buy it at noo.ma again :)

I was a little wary of ordering from here based on the reviews but I really wanted the throws! I had no problems at all, quickly shipped, arrived within 6 days to the UK as expected, well packaged and lovely throws, nice and thick and vibrant!

Impossible to do returns - I've been trying to to return 2 items for 3 weeks. It took over a week for the customer service team to reply to start the process. I was then told I could either take store credit or have £25 deducted from a cash refund (not made clear anywhere in the buying process). I was then given a document to organise my own return that is impossible to follow. I've been going back with customer service for a week trying to figure it out. I have a fear I'm also going to be made to pay for the return. Would not recommend anyone buy from this website

Great Quality and great pricing, fast delivery

The product design is beautiful. I'll give them that. But everything else about this experience has been a disaster.

The table arrived with the shipping box completely destroyed — held together with tape and straps that clearly aren't original packaging, suggesting the carrier had to intervene mid-transit. As a result, the table has chipped edges and scratches on the top surface. Not underneath — on top, where you actually see and use it.

To make it worse, UPS didn't deliver to my door. The three packages were left at a pick-up point, forcing me to arrange a car to transport heavy furniture myself. No warning, no option. When I saw the state of the box at the pick-up point I hoped the contents would at least be well protected inside. They weren't.

I needed this table for a professional shoot that week. That was compromised.

I contacted support immediately with photos of everything — the destroyed box, the damaged table, all of it. I requested a replacement (not even a refund) and a return of a pouf from the same order.

It's been over a week. Not a single reply. Not even an acknowledgement.

After reading dozens of reviews here on Trustpilot, I can see this is a pattern: damaged deliveries, poor packaging, and a customer service team that simply goes silent when things go wrong. It's frustrating to see a brand with such nice products fail so completely on logistics and after-sales support.

I still want to resolve this directly — a replacement table with proper packaging and actual home delivery, and a door pickup for the return. But I shouldn't have to write a public review to get a response.

Will update if and when this gets resolved.
