Definitely a Scam
If I could give this 0 stars, that would be better. I believe this website/"company" is a total scam. I ordered a board in December and still have received nothing, not even a valid tracking link. I have received multiple excuses from "Sadie" such as, they went out of stock and had to ship from a different warehouse "at their own expense." But never any real answers, and it is March and I still have received nothing. I got maybe 5 different "updated" shipping links and they were all totally bogus. Fortunately my awesome bank refunded our money after seeing our email exchange. DO NOT PURCHASE from this scammer.

Do not purchase!
This company is a total fraud - DO NOT PURCHASE! They changed their name from MySteelBoard because people were on to them and they shut down that site. Product is coming from international and takes MONTHS to arrive, if at all. Customer service is terrible, no refunds or concessions. Products are overpriced and terrible.

Can you trust a “safe” product from a shady company
Purchased a steel cutting board and utensil set 12/1 as a Christmas gift when the company was called “mysteelboard.com”. I received all the emails others received about delays due to warehouse floods, delays meaning “a quality product”, etc. I emailed the company after 16 days and they told me it shipped. Finally received it on 2/3 (two months after ordering it). I never received the utensils. Will get a refund for those utensils? Who knows? Bottom line - our trust in the company is eroded, the company feels shady - so can we trust their product which is supposed to be “safe” and “non toxic”? Let’s just say it’s the first time in my life that I’m considering a lead test before using a product. My wife just wants me to toss it in the dumpster. But I think we are just going to return it and try to get our money back.
