Abbiamo letto con attenzione la sua recensione e riteniamo opportuno fornire alcuni chiarimenti, poiché diverse delle affermazioni riportate non corrispondono alle condizioni del servizio da noi offerto né alla cronologia effettiva del suo ordine.

Per quanto riguarda innanzitutto la spedizione, sul nostro sito è chiaramente indicato che la spedizione è gratuita per ordini superiori a €150. Le relative condizioni sono consultabili dal cliente prima della conclusione dell'acquisto. Non risulta pertanto corretto affermare che la spedizione gratuita abbia un costo di circa €13 o che vi siano stati costi nascosti.

Anche per quanto riguarda le tempistiche, riteniamo importante distinguere tra tempi di lavorazione e tempi di transito. Il suo ordine è stato effettuato durante il fine settimana ed è stato automaticamente preso in carico il primo giorno lavorativo utile, ovvero il lunedì.

Come chiaramente indicato nelle schede dei prodotti acquistati, le vernici da lei ordinate sono prodotti realizzati su misura, preparati internamente in base alle specifiche dell'ordine. Per questa tipologia di prodotto sono indicati tempi di lavorazione di 1-2 giorni lavorativi.

Nel suo caso specifico, l'ordine è stato lavorato e spedito entro le tempistiche comunicate, precisamente il giorno successivo all'avvio della lavorazione. Per le spedizioni verso l'Italia, i tempi di transito standard sono generalmente di 3-4 giorni lavorativi dalla data di spedizione. L'ordine viene ricevuto lo stesso giorno per i clienti in Olanda.

Di conseguenza, non possiamo confermare l'affermazione secondo cui il suo ordine sarebbe rimasto fermo per 3 o 4 giorni prima della spedizione, né riteniamo corretta la rappresentazione di una consegna che avrebbe richiesto “facilmente 6 o 7 giorni”. La cronologia dell'ordine evidenzia infatti una gestione conforme alle tempistiche comunicate e, per quanto ci risulta, una consegna avvenuta prima dei tempi da lei indicati nella recensione.

Per quanto riguarda infine le difficoltà riscontrate nell'accesso al suo account, prendiamo naturalmente in considerazione ogni segnalazione relativa a eventuali problematiche tecniche. Tuttavia, non riteniamo corretto trasformare un eventuale problema tecnico in affermazioni quali “pubblicità ingannevole”, “costi nascosti” o nell'accusa secondo cui il nostro obiettivo sarebbe quello di ingannare il cliente.

Si tratta di affermazioni particolarmente gravi che, alla luce della gestione effettiva del suo ordine e delle condizioni pubblicate sul nostro sito, non trovano riscontro nei fatti.

Rispettiamo pienamente il diritto di ogni cliente di esprimere la propria opinione, anche quando l'esperienza non è stata soddisfacente. Allo stesso tempo, riteniamo doveroso tutelare la correttezza delle informazioni relative al nostro servizio e precisare pubblicamente quando una recensione contiene ricostruzioni che non corrispondono ai fatti verificabili.

Nel suo caso, l'ordine risulta essere stato regolarmente elaborato, prodotto, preparato e spedito entro le tempistiche comunicate, senza ritardi imputabili alla nostra azienda.

Restiamo naturalmente disponibili a fornire ogni ulteriore chiarimento relativo alla gestione del suo ordine.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience. However, we would like to clarify an important point for anyone reading this review.

The 1K colour spray can is a professional product and, as with any professional paint system, compatibility between the primer and the topcoat is essential. A 1K paint cannot simply be applied over every type of primer without first checking whether the products are compatible. A reaction such as cracking can occur when different paint systems or solvents are not compatible.

When you contacted us about this issue, we offered to investigate the situation and asked you to provide photos of the result and the surface so we could determine what had gone wrong. Unfortunately, you chose not to provide these and instead ended the conversation.

We therefore find it unfortunate that the product is described as "CRAP" when the cause of the problem was never established and we were not given the opportunity to properly assess the application.

We stand behind the quality of the professional products we sell and are always willing to investigate genuine product issues. We do, however, expect communication with our team to remain respectful and constructive.

We are sorry to hear that the additional import charges came as an unpleasant surprise. We understand that receiving an additional charge from UPS after placing an order can be disappointing.

We would like to clarify that these import fees are not charged by CROP. They are determined by the UK authorities and collected by UPS on their behalf. The £14 you paid to CROP was the shipping and handling cost and is separate from any import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees.

We do clearly inform customers during the ordering process that additional import charges and VAT may apply when ordering from outside the European Union. You also need to acknowledge this information before proceeding to the payment page.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the visibility of this information. We will continue to review how we communicate these potential costs to make the ordering process as transparent as possible.

We are sorry to hear that your order was delivered later than expected. We completely understand that this was frustrating, especially since you needed the paint for a specific project and had to purchase paint elsewhere as a result.

Unfortunately, the delay was caused by an unexpected defect in one of our mixing machines, which affected our ability to process and prepare mixed paint orders as quickly as usual. This resulted in a longer processing time than we normally aim for.
