Once you part with your money no getting it back!?

Firstly, the ordering process was cumbersome and I was duped into ordering more than I wanted. I emailed and complained. No response. On arrival I spoke to my doctor who advised against taking this product. I emailed and asked how to return. No response. Emailed a second time, still no response. What the website advocates is not true. Once they have your money, there is no getting it back! Non ethical company. Duping people with their claims! Stay away!

Disgusting company to deal with

Disgusting company to deal with, they took two payments, both different amounts, and from different names!...i cancelled immediately and requested refunds, the first one came back promptly but the second one they state had been processed/despatched 25th July, to date i am in dispute with them as i have not received the alleged package, they are saying I have to take up with delivery company myself, which is unacceptable really. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

PLEASE REFUND AND STOP FALSE ADVERTISING

Hi please don't waste your money as I wrote before. They informed my about the refund stating it would be paid into my bank 5-7 days. Still waiting nothing.These GLP1 do not work 3 of my friends have tried them and don't work on them. Just please refund my money company and stop false advertising
