Item Never Shipped – No Proof Provided

I did not receive any tracking information for over two weeks after placing my order. When I contacted the seller, they claimed the item had been shipped and later said it was lost in transit. They issued only a partial refund, keeping $15 for shipping even though I never received the item.

However, when I requested the tracking number as proof of shipment, they were unable to provide any evidence that the item had ever been shipped. After I followed up again, they ultimately issued a full refund. They claimed the item was shipped and lost in transit, but provided no proof that it was ever shipped.

I can't believe that it is this hard to ship an item. They are always active on their instagram and TikTok but can't do a simple job of actually shipping the orders. Strange.

Edit: From the reply below, they claimed that they offered a full refund but this is false. They only offered partial refund because packages that are “lost” are not their problem and only would refund the amount minus the shipping.

As discussed with you privately, the order was shipped from our side but unfortunately got lost in transit with the postal carrier. While this situation was outside of our control, we immediately offered you two options: a full refund or a free reshipment.

You chose a full refund, which we processed right away, and the full amount was successfully returned to you.

We always stand behind our customers and take responsibility when issues arise, even when caused by third parties. Customer satisfaction and transparency are very important to us.
