The Nominal team are amazing! Besides having beautiful jewellery that has a meaning, their customer service is really good. I had an issue with my order and I emailed. They quickly responded and checked with the rest of their team about the update of my order. Customer service is a thing I look for wherever I go, whether it be retail, hospitality. And Nominal always go above and beyond

I recently purchased several items from Nominal and completed the payment online. At no point during the checkout process was I informed of additional costs for duties. Even the order confirmation and billing statement I received made no mention of these charges.

Fouur days ago , I received a phone message asking me to contact FedEx. I also received an email
stating that I had to make an additional payment before my items could be delivered. When I contacted FedEx, I was told that I owed an extra $63.13 . The unexpected charges are excessive. More importantly, these fees should have been clearly disclosed before I placed my order.

Instead, after completing my purchase, I only received an email indicating that the carrier might contact me for additional information, again, with no mention of extra costs. This lack of transparency is disappointing, and I feel the website should prominently inform customers in advance of potential duty charges, for orders shipped to Canada or elsewhere .

When I contacted the company, they sent me an FAQ link, but this information is not clear or easily found on your website.
After placing my order, I received an email stating that Fedex may contact me for additional information.

I once again contacted Nominal customer support again and received another message with nearly identical wording. They said they understand that unexpected fees are frustrating and that the charges were for duties, not shipping. While I know shipping was free, these duty fees were not clearly disclosed on their website.

Three days ago I received notification from FedEx that my shipment was on its way and was going to be delivered but additional payments would have to be made ; however I then received notification from that Fedex was unable deliver a package afternoon "as the recipient was not available; " however, I have been home but the courier did not contact me to gain entry to my building . I then learned there may have been some other issues with Federal Express and after two days of numerous phone calls I have finally received clarification. I will have to pay duties, but as of right now I have not yet received my package even though it was supposed to be express delivery. I am not certain when I will actually receive my items.

I’m very disappointed with my experience, especially since I value the company's efforts to support Palestinians in Gaza. However, due to the inconveniences I encountered, the lack of transparency, and later reading Reddit reviews about jewelry tarnishing despite being advertised as “tarnish-free,” I will not deal with this company again.

Buyers outside of the United States should know that they will be charged, very costly duty fees which are not clearly advertised on the nominal website.

I recently ordered multiple gifts from Nominal for my mother, and all of my sisters, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Every single item was stunning—beautiful craftsmanship, amazing designs, and truly great quality. Each piece felt so meaningful and personal, and my family absolutely loved their gifts.

Shipping was fast and smooth, and even though there were customs fees, Nominal kindly gave me a heads-up beforehand, which I really appreciated. It helped me prepare and made the process so much easier.

I did run into a small issue with one of my orders, but the way Nominal handled it made me even more impressed with their company. Their customer service was exceptional—quick responses through both email and Instagram, so polite, so caring, and genuinely focused on making things right.

I order a bangle and it was a little too big so I contacted customer service and they were very accommodating. I was able to return the original one and they replaced it with a different size. Excellent customer service!

Absolutely loved the jewellery pieces!! I ordered two of the sister necklaces for me & my sister + they came beautifully packaged. the necklaces are beautiful, dainty, and even more stunning in real life.

I bought a ring from their store a few weeks ago that unfortunately became lost before it was delivered, but thankfully I got a replacement free of charge. Not only that, but the person whom I got into contact with was very kind and helpful.

The ring is simple, yet beautiful. Would recommend!

Beautiful and thoughtful pieces, great quality and very reasonable prices, and some of the best customer service to wrap it all together with a bow. I've ordered so many items as gifts and for myself and have NEVER been disappointed by what I got, not to mention the packaging is always so over-the-top and extremely beautifully intricate that it feels wrong to throw it away lol.

I ordered and received a beautiful hand chain that unfortunately broke and Mohamed from Nominal’s customer support was amazing and quickly sent me a gift card so that I can replace it. Everyone from this company I have spoken to has been wonderful. I especially love that I can support a Palestinian led company.

I'm in Australia and ordered a ring from this company, for two reasons: I found the jewellery beautiful and it was for a good cause too. Long story short, the ring never arrived, apparently got lost in transit somewhere (DHL passed it to a dodgy company, who faked the delivery, anyway, this is another story...). I contacted the customer service and asked for a REFUND, they never acknowledge that, they offer a gift card instead. I took it, better than nothing. I tried to order something today and there are no funds left in the gift card. So I have no ring, and lost my money. I'm quite fed up with this company, it has been almost 2 months I have been trying to get that ring. Very disappointing and a big waste of time.
UPDATE: I can see Nominal replied to my review, thanks for that. My complaint was triggered by the fact that I have been issued with a GIFT CARD that had NO MONEY in it. So even when I wanted to buy AGAIN from Nominal, I could not. At least, if you issue a gift card, make sure there are funds in it. I have sent you the screenshot, so that undeniable. Anyway, all good, I'm waiting to receive my refund still, hopefully won't be too long.

Beautiful products and fair prices. Customer service is great. I have ordered many times and I am always very happy with my experience. One package went missing (fault of the carrier, not Nominal) and they were kind enough to refund the order in the form of a gift card, which was above and beyond. I will be a customer for a long time!

I made an error whilst ordering a set, and mistook the time period in which it would arrive. Despite this, team member Lojain really tried to help me in getting the items expedited and in my hands on time. Things didn't work out but I still highly appreciated to cordialness and friendliness of everyone at Nominal

Other than their exceptionally unique jewelry and beautiful designs, I faced an issue with the delivery address. I immediately contacted their customer service and they were immediately happy to help in fixing the issue. My order is out for shipment and delivery and I can’t wait to receive it!
