The operator has now issued its final response and confirmed that no further clarification or internal documentation will be provided.
No specific contractual clause authorizing the retention of deposited funds has been identified, and no fraud or misconduct has ever been alleged in my case.
As the internal complaint procedure is exhausted, the matter has been escalated to the relevant regulatory authority for independent review.
This review reflects my personal experience.
