Ensemble, nous avons choisi de créer Nomasei pour s'engager à renouer avec un luxe intemporel et honnête, fait de respect, de partage, d’engagements éthiques et de transparence. La trajectoire de femmes fortes, libres et insoumises et la danse comme geste de liberté sont nos inspirations.
La rencontre avec une usine de chaussures de luxe à Montopoli, village de Toscane, donne forme à Nomasei. Cette entreprise familiale dont elles partagent les valeurs devient le partenaire essentiel du projet. Les couleurs dominantes de Nomasei sont un hommage à cette collaboration : le rouge Montopoli, couleur de la terracotta, la terre cuite typique des collines toscanes et de la terre de Sienne, le blanc jauni des marbres de Pompéi.
Nomasei, ce sont des chaussures aux formes étudiées, des matières de haute qualité, des processus respectueux de l’environnement et de l’humain, résultats d’un engagement éthique de transparence radicale.
Nomasei ce sont des mains : « Noma » – de l’italien « Mano », la main, avec un twist argotique pour brouiller les pistes – « Sei » – six en italien, parce que chaque création est le fruit de la collaboration entre plusieurs mains et plusieurs savoir-faire, réunis autour d’une idée qui se fait création.

Missing refund
Returned a pair of shoes and I am still trying to contact the company to receive my refund. Emails received saying the money would be in my account and I’ve been trying to chase this for weeks now with no response. Very disappointed as this is a lot of money to loose. Would really appreciate someone to contact me and rectify this!

Gorgeous! The website was super detailed and the delivery was so quick, quicker than ordering items within the US, to a US address! The shoes are gorgeous. Compliments most outfits. The quality is to be admired time and time again! Seeing the factory on the site and seeing the shoe just made it more special. Such care put into everything including the environment. Customers: please read the thoughtfulness on the site regarding where the leather comes from, etc. Makes the purchase extra special.

I bought the "TWIST - Bottes - Suede Brown". Beautifully made boots of outstanding quality. Elegant, simple, and incredibly flattering. They fit perfectly and feel very well crafted.
I initially ordered the wrong size and received exceptional help from customer service. They were genuinely kind, responsive, and made the exchange process completely smooth, which made the whole experience a pleasure.

Ran late on delivery but so nice and upfront on the delay
The company ran super late on delivering my boots. However, they were very transparent and honest through the process. even sent socks as a little gift with an apology. These things happen, and I was definitely disappointed in the delay, as I missed the holiday season, but the company had excellent communication and was kind with their gift to smooth over the delay. LOVE my boots. They finally arrived and are amazing—great quality and super comfy!! Highly recommend this brand
