Got back on the bike after a year off due to injury. Treated myself to new kit from nomad velo as motivation. Honestly helped me get excited about riding again. The green obsidian jersey feels like a fresh start. Sometimes new gear is the push you need. Glad i found these guys.
Fifth purchase, zero regrets. Thats the review really. Every item has been good, sizing is consistent, delivery reliable. Dont have much else to say except keep doing what you're doing Nomad Velo. You've earned a customer for life at this point. Simple as that.
Bought a jersey for my dad who got back into cycling at 60. He's fussy about clothes but loved it. Said it's more comfortable than the old gear he had from years ago. Easy win for a birthday gift. Nomad Velo works for all ages apparently, not just young roadies.
Found Nomad Velo through Instagram ads. Usually ignore those but the designs caught my eye. Took a chance and wasn't disappointed. What you see in photos is what you get. No filters hiding cheap fabric. Rare for brands discovered through social media to actually deliver. These guys are legit.
The seams are flat and don't chafe even on 6+ hour rides. Seems obvious but many brands get this wrong. No rubbing under arms or at shoulder straps. Small detail that makes massive difference over long distances. Nomad Velo sweat the small stuff and it shows.
Over the past year I've replaced my entire cycling wardrobe with Nomad Velo. Started with one jersey to test, now have seven plus bibs. Consistency across products is impressive. Everything fits the same, quality doesn't vary. Makes ordering new stuff easy because I know what I'm getting.
Awaiting an order to ship for over 2 weeks now. The wait time is okay if they replied to my messages and emails but they don't.

This was my first time buying cycling gear online instead of local bike shop. Was nervous about fit and quality. Pleasantly surprised on both fronts. Jersey arrived well packaged, fit matched the size guide exactly. Quality rivals stuff I've paid double for locally. Nomad Velo converted me to online shopping.
Needed something specifically for indoor trainer sessions where you sweat buckets. The short sleeve jerseys handle it brilliantly. Fabric dries quick, doesn't cling uncomfortably when soaked. Cheaper than ruining my good outdoor gear on Zwift sessions. Nomad Velo does the job for indoor suffering.
Okay this sounds vain but the jerseys improved my Strava photos significantly. The designs photograph well and colors pop. Makes the effort of climbing worth documenting. Performance is there too obviously but looking good in photos is a nice bonus. Shallow? Maybe. Do I care? Not really. Nomad Velo gets it.
Use these for commuting to work daily not just weekend rides. They handle sweat, wash easily, dry overnight. More practical than i expected. The designs are nice enough that i dont feel like a try hard wearing cycling gear to the office. Nomad Velo works for everyday cyclists not just enthusiasts.
Very poor service
Same-day delivery was promised on the website. It’s now been 13 days, and the package is still in China. My refund request is being completely ignored. Very poor service and zero respect for customers.

The Spectrum jersey is a proper conversation starter at coffee stops. Had three separate people ask about it last Sunday. Design is unique without being gimmicky. Performance-wise it does everything you need. If you like standing out a bit, this is the one. Nomad Velo nailed the balance.
Wife bought me the Blue Pacific jersey as a gift. Not gonna lie, was skeptical about another "cycling brand I've never heard of". Tried it on a 100km ride and it performed brilliantly. Moisture management is excellent, fit is comfortable for long hours. She's smug about being right. Fair play to Nomad Velo for proving me wrong.
Sizing took me two tries to get right. First order was too small across the chest. Exchanged for size up and now its perfect. My fault for not measuring properly first time. The exchange process was straightforward at least. Once you nail the size, the fit is really good.
Our cycling club ordered matching jerseys from the Vintage collection. Everyone's happy with them. Colors look sharp as a group, quality is consistent across all sizes. Nomad Velo handled the bulk order professionally and delivered on time. Good option for clubs looking for custom-ish look without custom prices.
Use these jerseys for gravel rides and they hold up well. Fabric doesn't snag on branches, dust washes out easily. Tried cheaper brands before that fell apart after few rides on rough terrain. Nomad Velo gear is tough enough for off-road without compromising comfort on tarmac.
Went for the Fractal design which was a bold choice for me. Usually stick to plain colors. Got so many positive comments from other riders though. Pattern looks complex but isn't overwhelming. Quality is solid. Nomad Velo convinced me to step outside my comfort zone and I'm glad I did.
Bib tights saved my winter training. Was avoiding rides because of cold legs. These keep you warm down to freezing without restricting pedaling. Chamois is positioned well for aggressive riding position. Reflective details help in dark mornings. Worth every penny for year-round riding.
Been cycling 10 years, tried Rapha and Castelli. Nomad Velo quality is 80% there at 40% of the price. You lose some fit refinement but for weekend warriors like me it's perfect value. Not saying it's better, just saying it's good enough at a price that makes sense.
