It is a wonderful company to do business with. I bought a phone case plus strap. The product quality is superb and customer service was excellent.

Quality of the iwatch strap not good. The short arm slips too much movement when it should lock in. The quality of the band is flimsy and feels cheap. Also it seems shorter than my apple band. More yellow than neon green/yellow. Finally they make you pay for returns and print labels no QR code sending all the way to Hong Kong!

Great case, but one design flaw

I received the Nomad Folio case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max and overall, it’s really nice. The fit is perfect, the leather feels premium, and there’s plenty of space for cards and cash. MagSafe works great too — no issues charging.

However, the removable magnetic clasp is positioned too high. It interferes with MagSafe car chargers, which makes using it on the go frustrating. If the magnet were just an inch lower, it would be spot on. Surprised this got past R&D because everything else about the case is excellent.

Still, it’s a solid case overall — just wish they’d tweak that clasp placement in the next version. Hopefully Nomad takes this feedback on board, since their past iPhone cases have been so close to perfect

I purchased the Rocky Point strap online and paid extra (£15) for the express delivery which stated the watch would be delivered within 2 - 5 days. They never responded to my order until 3 days later and advised of a delivery date of 9 days which fell when I was away on AL. Their customer service process is totally automated and they take 3 days or more to respond. They're very keen to sell you their stuff but don't back it up with decent customer service. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Very disappointing.

I heard back from them and they refunded my postage which is a positive.

I bought a leather card wallet, which has a very meh.. quality, and decided to return it. However, they asked me to return the item to Hong Kong and pay for the return shipping - the return postage cost is essentially more than half the item price, which makes it not worth to return it.

Beware that if you purchase this item, there's essentially no returns, as they'll ask you to bear the costs of returning it to the other side of the planet.

Nomad goods is the best company, their products are as solid as they come. I’ve got the rugged case which is durable and also sleek, good job! And the rocky point band on my watch is the most secure feeling band I’ve ever had, ready to it through its paces as the winter surf season approaches!
