Top notch customer service. Friendly staff that is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that customers are happy. I had an issue with an item that I purchased some time ago that was clearly out of warranty. Nomad staff did not hesitate to rectify the issue. Will definitely be purchasing from them as well as recommending them to friends/family in the future.

What a mess. I ordered the new Stratos bands and putting it together was a nightmare. I decided to return it and was very disappointed that international orders had to pay for shipping all the way to Hong Kong. I payed $259 Canadian for a strap that didn’t work out in the end and almost $175 to ship it back. Do better. I work for a retail company that sells Apple Watches and will make sure everyone avoids this brand.

I noticed I made a mistake on my order - I contacted customer support which handled the situation on easy and fast manner.

Great products, customer service and warranty! I have purchased several items from charging bases to power adapter. Love everything I have purchased. My charging base died just before the 2 year warranty and customer service responded quickly and sent me a new charging base. I highly recommend this company and their products!

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. My case showed up a day early, which was a pleasant surprise. The product itself is exactly what I expected. 10 on 10.

Rocky point band to short for big arms bucket don't match on sport band hard to get on watch don't want to slid on watch I would look else where but that all I seen

Nomad has some really nicely designed products and a fantastic support team. I purchased a base one and stand one a few years ago and was having trouble with the base one. Their support team jumped on the problem and provided a replacement despite the unit being several months past the warranty date. It turned a what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience. As a customer you hope to never need support, but it's nice to know the company stands behind their products.

I recently purchased a Stratos 49mm band, and described some issues I encountered to NOMAD via the review system.

The very next day Dan from NOMAD reached out and immediately shipped a warranty replacement.

The replacement shipped a week earlier than indicated by NOMAD as well.

It arrived today (Nov 26), and it is perfect. The fitment issues I had are resolved, no wear marks or blemishes.

I bought the new Stratos titanium strap off their website a week back ,it turned up yesterday, the strap is great but its far to small ,it wouldn't go nowhere near my wrist , it a joke more like a small kids size, fits my little wife's wrist fine though. 🙄
On the standard Apple strap, I’m on the last hole, it fits me fine , On the nomad website, it says that this Stratos strap is slightly bigger than the Apple one but in reality it’s not.
I would need three extra links to make it fit the same size as my rubber apple on the last hole .
I tried emailing 3 times for extra links no reply , ive now started a return , but still no reply .
Slow customer service , never again!

Was not expecting anything. My screen protector cracked while in a mundane situation and I just thought it was just bad luck or I just had a defective product. Nomad just decided to send me a new one. I’m grateful for the replacement and I hold Nomad to the highest esteem, regardless if my screen protector cracked under normal usage. They are great, products and services, I can’t imagine a better shopping experience over the many years I’ve dealt with them. So if you hesitate purchasing from Nomad, don’t, you will not be disappointed. Cheers.

Amazing titanium band for my Apple watch. Had an issue with one prior to this one and this was handled perfectly by Nomad! Can definitely recommend!
It's an expensive band. But definitely worth the price when you see the craftsmanship and fit on this product.
