Support is off, no updates, no SIri support, it's a dead end.

I've been using them for over a year, to do self-guided apartment tours. I built an entire application around Nold Open using Zapier.

Suddenly, Nold Cloud no longer connects with Zapier.

Where once Nold support was responsive & excellent, it's now non existent. Multiple emails to Nold support go unanswered.

I'm dead in the water and really in a pinch. This is bad.

The opener works just fine. Bluetooth connection could be better.
Support is down the drain. I written them 3 times with questions and concerns. Newer heard a word from them.

So I ordered this because of the YouTube videos advertising this to be connectable to HomeKit.
When I received it there was no documentation on how to connect to HomeKit. I wrote an email to the service address and have yet to receive a reply.
I would like an RMA to return this.

I was able to build a HomeBridge based garage door opener with a ESP8266 and a 3.3V relais for under $10. I should have done that directly.

I really wanted Nold to work because I liked the idea. Unfortunatelly, it does not for the advertised use case - opening a car gate or garage door from the car upon arriving.

Lot of times it works only after several attempts. It seems that the bluetooth connection is not fast enough. It is never acceptable to wait for opening and especially not while blocking the gateway for other cars.Thus the two stars - because Nold is advertised as a gate opener and as such is not satisfactory.

Nold works much better once the bluetooth is connected. So it may be more useful for opening home or office doors, or maybe lockers. Thus the two stars and not just one, because maybe it has a chance in some other use cases.

Lack of customer support. Solution seems abandoned.

The installation was really easy. The device works very well

Now installed it is working well.
Installation proved more complex and I needed an electrician who had to fit a transformer. Fitted to a Henderson Marathon garage door motor

Doest work all the time this week already 5 times that it doest OPEN.
I REALLY cant go out of bed because i have a destabilitie and the care cant help me then.
I Cald 9 times for this problem to wellzorg but the did not do eneyting 😡

This is the bread device to open your gates or garage door.

Found the help great after i brought the Product. Peter was fantastic. Just need to reply back to people wanting information before buying quicker.

Installed this on our main shop gate and its been working great with
our staff. No more lost remotes and easy to track when staff are using
the gate after hours.

Will be suggesting this device to out customers
