BEWARE!!! I was gifted a pair of Nokwol sneakers for my birthday in September and only just got around to ordering the charms but was disgusted to find that it’s not possible to purchase the charms without purchasing the shoes at the same time!! My girlfriend’s gifted me the shoes but no charms (understandably due to the cost) and I wanted to choose and purchase the charms myself but now this is not possible. I’m now stuck with a pretty basic pair of sneakers that I probably won’t wear as the charms are what make them. This is an utterly ridiculous policy. The charms themselves are not indestructible and could easily wear or you may just want to change up the charms for the season but you’re totally out of luck if they break or you want a change. Never heard anything so ridiculous in my life, even the sales assistant in the store was embarrassed to tell me. I would never have wanted these shoes if I knew that was the policy, complete waste of money and just a way to con you out of making a new purchase

Have not received my item
As with some other reviews, do not believe the Royal Mail Tracked 48 for delivery. 8 days after placing the order, mine has still not been dispatched. Customer service has responded quickly and politely (hence 2 stars instead of 1) and they have said that they have escalated it for priority shipping. However, the items have still not shipped and I’m starting to think they don’t exist!

I ordered a pair of runners for my wife…
I ordered a pair of runners for my wife but unfortunately I had ordered them in the wrong colour. My wife loved them other than the colour & the wrong colour was completely my fault!
There was an issue with the postage of the return for exchange but again nothing to do with Nokwol.
Basically the main point of my review is to complement the company on the excellent customer service I've experienced. Kat in Nokwol has been very good in looking into the postage issues and has reached out on several occasions to follow up on it. Hopefully it gets resolved soon but it is appreciated the genuine effort that has been put into sorting it out from Nokwol's end.
Just an update from 5/11/2025. Runners have arrived and my wife is delighted with them. Thanks to Kat for sorting everything out!
